Prices are on the more expensive side but the quality of ingredients makes up for it. Sadly no customisation for the burgers. Fries tastes unsalted and was hot and crispy. Ice cream from the float was milky and standard vanilla ice cream flavour.
Also tried the ebi burger from my friend which the prawns were juicy. Overall wouldn't go again unless if they gave more discounts. 7/10 food was good but for the price I would recommend going to actual burger restaurants.

There was a long queue when I visited this recently opened outlet, so naturally I was curious to see whether the food was worth the hype.
We tried both the Bulgogi Burger and Shrimp Burger. The Bulgogi Burger was okay, but I didn't really enjoy the Shrimp Burger. I could barely taste any actual shrimp, and the patty felt more like shrimp paste than something with a noticeable shrimp texture or flavour.
The fries and onion rings were pretty standard. The fried chicken, however, was not too bad. I preferred the original version, which was quite flavourful. The spicy version was also decent, although it was a little too spicy for my tolerance.
The ice cream was surprisingly good. I would say it's slightly better than McDonald's soft serve, although unfortunately the price is also higher.
Overall, the food is pretty normal fast-food standard. It's worth trying if you're already at Jurong Point and the queue isn't too bad, but I personally wouldn't make a special trip or wait in a long queue for it.

Went at 4plus in the afternoon on a saturday, not too packed, but its ongoing having customers coming in. Surprisingly there is staff doing on-job-training briefing there at that kind of timing.
Ordered via self-service kiosk and had issue with the nets machine printing out my slip. Feedback to the staff and they say the machine had issue (but they still allowing customers to use that machine. Weird~). I did not get my slip in the end cause the staff simply did not bother. Abit disappointed with such bo-chap service.
Food was ok.
I like that their fries are not salty. But too bad its not hot at all.
Original fried chicken was not bad.
$10.50 for a 2pc chicken meal( with no top-up).
Ganjung chicken burger is abit spicy but overall, burger is quite big and taste is ok. Very filling. $7.20 for an ala-carte burger.

First time trying the food in Lotteria. Typical fast food setting with self ordering kiosk. Tried 2 of their burgers plus an iced latte. Bulgogi burger tasted good in soft texture chewy bun. Gangling chicken burger is quite spicy. A bit unexpected but still tasty. Decent fast food

Ordered the spicy chicken burger. The burger looked good, with a good amount of veggie and it's large. But there didn't seem to be any sauce and the chicken tastes like it was refried multiple times as it's dry and hard.
The fries was nice, chilli sauce was nice, and I liked the iced latte.
Overall, it's quite nice but it's more expensive than competitors like McDonald or KFC. The wait time wasn't too long as well and the staff was polite.
