I would like to write in about the service of a staff at Tampines Central outlet at 6.24pm and the service was exceptionally poor. The staff on shift was using her phone and didn’t even bother to look up or respond. I called for her thrice and even the staff at the store next door saw. The donut she pre packed was also burnt on the edges. Very disappointed.

I like the company to note my feedback that your staff at Century square has to practise hygiene. There was a curly haired guy yesterday 21/11/24 whom I observed grooming himself n later serving the donuts. The female staff on another day I observed was digging her ear!!! What is wrong with your staff ? N for you to employ such people. Kindly train them and have them wear hair nets n insists they wash their hands esp after handling money. Krispy Kreme has always been my fav donut but now I think will boycott this branch,- Tampines century square
