bought iced latte at $6.10 although menu said $5.5 and female staff didn't even ask me what drink size i want and told me to pay $6.1 but the male staff is patient and nice

Service staff Ms Ann was very kind, polite & respectful towards customers. I usually patronise their outlet in my neighbourhood area but decided to visit the one in Far East and was very delighted by the hospitality provided by staffs. Appreciate the free donut that was gifted to me as well.
