Staff is totally totally unprofessional. Messed up orders, not a single time but many times repeatedly. Slow in response, and unorganised. Many times the orders were even misplaced, had to remind them again after waiting and then they will start preparing. Unsure of details of the orders and had to check back with customer, again multiple incidences. Really have to recommend against it. (I was quite a frequent customer, but will never be).

I'm from Russia and there's a kebab culture. Kids, students, workers, businessmen - everyone eats kebab. I went to Singapore and really was surprised that here can cook good shawerma. Meat fresh, vegetables as well, structure is ok. My recommendation

Customer service could be greatly improved. The front-line staff should be more customer-oriented. It was our first time trying this place, and it was a disappointing experience. Our order was incorrect, which suggests poor communication between the cashier and the kitchen. Additionally, the food was served cold. Overall, it dampened the mood and soured the whole experience

The food and service here are great, so I’ll definitely be returning regularly, every week!
