Not coming back and i recommend to go elsewhere, even if you are hungry or the outlet has shorter queue. You will regret unless you want to know how 1 star food taste and service is like. One of the worst service experience this outlet gives. The aunty cashier was also very rude to begin with. The kitchen staffs were not being efficient or responsive as well when asked for my food, as my order number was not called for more than 20mins. They were not bothered with the long waiting time. And because they didn't called my order number, my noodle became soggy and colder, no thanks to them. Not to mention, their hygiene is also one of the worst. Tray is dirty and smelly. I have tried their soup, is as good as drinking plain water. Kimchi is not those fresh kind, as if the kimchi was opened and place it outside for days.

Raffles Place is way better than here. I think they either over-fried the chicken teriyaki or used yesterday’s batch, and the salmon tasted really off. Definitely not coming back

The add $3 portion of beef turned out to be only this small amount, which was quite disappointing. I double-checked with the cashier and the kitchen, and they confirmed that this is the standard portion.

Standard dropped severely since the last time I came (2 years ago?). I actually went out of my way to come here, reminiscing the great flavours from my previous visit. The first thing I noticed was how empty it is (2 years ago it’s always packed at dinner). I should have walked away. But I didn’t. The food is just tasteless and deep fried, nothing Korean about it anymore. There’s no more kimchi and anchovies (that was a highlight back then!!). For the price, I would’ve gotten much better value in nearby Koufu. Sorry to see how the mighty has fallen… Owner, pls do something about it. Bring back what’s good, or just focus on other stores 😅

Food was great! Enjoyed their steamboat! For this price it’s really worth it. Lost my wallet at this outlet too and the staff was very nice about it. They even reached out to me on social media to let me know about my wallet. I was searching high and low for it and didn’t even realise that I lost it in this shop. They handed my belongings to the security team in Fusionpolis where I can collect my wallet 24 hrs! Really thankful for the team here! I was having a really shitty week but you guys made my week a lot better! Would definitely be supporting this place a lot more since I work nearby 😀 👍🏼
