Today’s dinner was worst. I will only comment on my own meal. I ordered fish and chips, you can see the photo of how it was served and whats wasted as i cannot eat it. The fries looks and taste like it has been fried too many times that it lost its taste, the fish or should i say the fried batter with very little fish inside is also over cooked and everything is oily. I wonder why their staff can even get the courage to serve it. I am very disappointed. Im not even gonna talk about my husbands food i will leave him to comment in his own. I will never come back after today.

One of the nicer cafe to chill in pasir ris mall. I love their bubble tea and other beverage. Rose milk tea is my favourite. The rose taste is really strong and add intensity to the milk tea. Adding pearl is recommended as it is super tender. The Gryphon Tea tasted really refreshing as well.

Specially paid a visit for the Taiwanese crepe as it was quite highly raved abt. Found it not too bad.. slightly above the average. But for the food wise, frankly could give them a miss and go for their desserts/bread instead. The utensils need to be washed and checked again as the utensils were dirty when we used them.

The immediate welcome by intelligent, friendly staff kicked off the experience I was waiting for all week. Their irresistible Basque Piperade is cheekily placed on the front of the menu at the entrance, who couldn't be enticed? The dish itself didn't disappoint, I can attest to it! Packed full of ingredients and served piping hot with a nicely buttered artisan alice of bread. Worth the wait, I promise. I'm extremely glad I took the time to patronise this establishment and would highly recommend the chain (kazo *cafe* specifically). You get free tater tots with review writing! They're unsalted in my experience and therefore rather tasteless, so...that's that, but, it's free. I'm sure one can ask for salt. I'd like to especially commend the servers. I ordered at the counter and didn't know about the brsakfast promotion (free drink) which was available at the time, either by signage or staff letting me know. When I found out about this through the QR order and asked about it, one staff initially told me he'd forgotten to key it in, and since the purchase was complete, it was no longer valid. However, they proceeded to still give me that drink in the end, even after the transaction, which to my knowledge is not generally advisable. This generous handling of the mistake speaks volumes about the restaurant's confidence in customer retention, willing and able to make small "sacrifices" because of their thriving business. I will definitely return with more company, and, while the issue was small, I am extremely impressed with the way this was handled.
