I have never enjoyed such delectable food in my life! And the service was great! Beautiful lovely ambiance as the restaurant is so nicely lit and there are lots of indoor plants. So much love and care goes into this restaurant. I don’t understand the negative reviews. It’s like people are either jealous of their success or have strange expectations. It’s not a fast food place and you’re not a sultan either. It’s a family run restaurant that takes pride in their food, so respect that because not many places operate like this anymore. Come here expecting care and quality in the food.

Had a great meal at Karlaylisi Restaurant in Braybrook and will definitely be back to try more of the menu. The restaurant is tucked away in an industrial area surrounded by warehouses, but don't let the location fool you. There's plenty of parking available, which makes visiting really easy, and once inside it's clear why so many people make the trip. The standout dishes for me were the lamb skewers and the hand pulled noodles. The lamb skewers were packed with flavour, nicely seasoned, and cooked perfectly. The hand-pulled noodles were equally impressive, with a great texture and that fresh, chewy quality you only get from properly made noodles. The only disappointment was that several of the dumpling dishes we wanted to order had already sold out by the time we visited. It was a shame, as they looked popular and were some of the items we were most looking forward to trying. That said, everything we did order was delicious, and the quality of the food more than made up for the missing menu items. The portions were generous, and the flavours felt authentic and comforting.

We dined here on a Friday night. It is easy to park, plenty of car spaces out front. The salad, broccoli and chicken+noodles came out quickly; the lamb skewers came out next and last (after some time) came the dumplings. All dishes were tasty. I liked the lamb skewers the most, the spice is great. The presentation is home style, it’s not trying to be fancy , just a solid delicious meal. Next time I think I will order more dumplings, we had only5 dumplings for 3 people.

You can’t go wrong visiting this place for delicious Uyghur cuisine. My favourites are stir-fried lamb with naan (馕炒肉) and grilled lamb skewers (羊肉串). The naan is crispy, and the lamb skewers are tender and juicy. Their handmade noodles are also a highlight. The atmosphere varies by time of day, and it can be lively at busier hours. Plus, the restaurant is halal-friendly.

First time to try authentic Uyghur food in Melbourne. It was sooo tasty, especially lamb skewers, chicken wings. Stir fried spicy whole chicken pieces with vegetables in sauce and handmade noodles also really nice. I love the homemade noodles that so chewing and fresh. Dumpling textures were so tasty and crispy 😋 Unfortunately very hard to find the restaurant and the road sign is too small.
