Pretty pricey for what you get. I bought a square 9 piece one. When I got home and opened the box, it was obvious QC was NOT good. Once side of the cake had the cheese only 5mm thick and the other side a more respectable 1cm. So lots of jelly, not much cheesecake, Not really worth $22. Better to pay $50 for other places and get a real cheesecake without so much "cheap" jelly. Taste was very average even the pieces with more cheese.

Went there recently and was keen to try some of the food items on-show. However, the staff wasn’t interested in answering my questions and seemed more interested in the smartphone nearby. Bought several cakes for my visiting relatives and they commented that they were not fresh. I was embarrassed to have offered them their cakes..should have stuck to the tried-and-tested confectioneries.

Average jelly designs. Nothing particularly good about the desserts here. They just come in fancy shapes and colors, guess that's the attraction of this place. Staff are efficient though

Pretty upset since it melted in 3hours. No label that says gotta refrigerate and staff didn’t mention anything too. Ate one piece and saved the other piece to let my kid eat after tuition and by that time the jelly and cheese melted together. If I knew it’s gonna melt so fast then I would’ve just ate it all. What a waste seriously, not sure if this is normal.

Is festive season CNY and was looking last min birthday Cake, wanted a delivery and I contacted this shop and Nora she has helped me out on all service, she also recommended me the blueberry cake and it was very delicious. Thank you Nora you have good Customer service. 👍👍👍👍👍

Unable to order online due to too short notice. Try my luck call up downtown East outlet and served by Alisah. She’s very friendly and helpful without any 2nd thoughts she took my order and delivered her service to assist for my next day collection. No rejections from her and positive attitude to serve. Dine in here for the very first time today and the customer service is surprising very good. Not your professional kinda customer service but the staff here gives off a “my next door neighbour friendly vibes” which is very comforting. We got the lychee & strawberry jelly hearts & rainbow cake. I still think the Strawberry jelly hearts is the best item.
