I really love eating at Indo Rasa, especially their tekwan, it's my absolute favorite! Mbak Putri was super friendly and helpful. The siomay here is delicious, the pempek is great too... honestly, everything is delicious!

Indo Rasa probably has one of the best oxtail soup in Singapore. The flavours are very nicely balanced - beefy with the cilantro cutting through any fattiness. It reminds me of the home cooked ones that my Javanese helper used to make years ago. My husband had the Ayam panggang which was tender and well marinated. Don’t forget to try the different condiments- we particularly enjoyed the green one. A little goes a long wayyyyyyy. The service was friendly and fast. We went during Sunday lunchtime. Even though the restaurant was full, turnover was fast. We only waited 5 minutes before a table became available. Will be back, especially with friends from Indonesia who are missing home cooked food.

If you are looking for authentic indonesian food in the sunny island Singapore. This is the place to go! Food is crazy good (try their nasi goreng petai and otak-otak) and price is affordable!

Recommended to get their Ayam Penyet, which was crispy, tender and not oily. Their sambal chilli was incredibly spicy yet addictive.

Been hearing my Indonesian friends talking about this place, and I finally had a chance to try it out. No regrets at all! I love how they have pempek sets (I do love pempek) and I really loved the fish skin pempek. The sauce had this wonderful umami which was probably dried shrimps in it. LOVE! The siomay was good too, but it might’ve been the delish peanut sauce too 😁 The stir fried kangkong was really aromatic and crunchy, not overcooked. As you can see in the photos, they have a nice range of sambal, as expected, but the sambal dower lived up to its name. Then again, my years spent in Australia has taken the sting out of me, so I’m probably not the best judge 😅 The service was prompt, but the seats on the side of the wall were a bit too squeezy without much elbow space
