Delicious nasi lemak! One of the popular stalls. Queue was long but service was fast. The long grain rice was well-cooked and fragrant. Not oily or sticky. Chicken wing was tasty and tender but not crispy. Ikan bilis were fresh and crispy. Served with well-done sunny side up and thick-cut fresh cucumber. Chili was sharp and spicy.

Old skool nasi pandang stall. The sambal chicken is good due to the sauce. Egg is flavourful but oily. Actually all the dishes i order is good but oily. A very sinful meal but once in while i feel shiok. $7 for 1 meat and 3 vegetables is quite alright. I feel....

Ordered nasi lemak with bagedil (potato cutlet). Rice was very fluffy but coconut taste was a bit light. Sambal was an amazing symphony of sweet and spicy flavours - well done! Chicken was fried perfectly, batter was crispy and well-seasoned. Portion wise - they were very generous with the servings for only $4. Service was great and super friendly. Also enjoyed how there were no queues today. Will definitely return for my nasi lemak fix!

My favourites are Ayam Merah and sotong hitam. Consistent flavour for years.

Hjh Salbiah's nasi lemak was $4 a plate, I added a piece of begedil for $0.50. Sambal had an interesting texture, not spicy and went very well with the rice, which was not as rich in coconut flavour. Ikan bilis and peanuts were very crispy, so was the chicken wing. Begedil was dense, compared to the usual ones I had. Hjh Salbiah's plate of nasi lemak at $4 offered great value for money. Each ingredient was done well and together was greater than the sum of the individuals.
