The cashier is rude when taking orders. She looked angry and said, "You want to order or not!" I was stunned by her attitude. And let my other friends order first before I can stay calm to order. I waited for some time, and all my friends got their food except me. One of my friends checked with the kitchen to see if my order was ready. It turned out my order was not in the queue and the food is not ready. The kitchen crew looks surprised when my friend check and ask them why we didn't receive the food and they found the order in their complete list. The kitchen crew helped to prepare my food immediately, but sadly, I couldn't eat with my friends, and they had to wait for me to finish it. I was angry and unhappy about what happened and wanted to complain to this cashier. What a shame on her to frighten the customers while taking orders and hope this can be improved. And why my order is not in the queue, who knows...

Cheap and delicious 🤤 yummy Korean food. Though business is good and sometimes long queue but orders are served pretty fast. Staff are friendly and tables are cleared fast after customers had left and cleaned thoroughly. The only thing I don’t like is the music they playing on radio can be a bit too loud.

Incident report at Ha Jun Korean Restaurant, Esplanade Xchange On 31 Oct Tue, I ordered the $7.50 Salmon and Beef set. While eating the beef, I chewed on a sharp silver metal piece, which I recognised as part of a steel wool sponge. I brought it to the cashier, who didn't offer me a refund. So I told them to be more careful, and returned to my seat. I then continued to carefully eat my food, not daring to go too fast, and soon found another strand of steel wool deeply embedded within the beef. At this point, it was already closing time, but no 10-15min notice was given beforehand, which is what we usually do for customers, so that it doesn't come across as us suddenly chasing them out without any warning. The cashier very loudly screeched at me to stop eating and leave, because they were closed. I didn't manage to finish the meal that I paid nearly $10 for. That is an entire hour's salary, so it is considered expensive for me, but I wanted to treat myself anyway. And then this happens. So I was very disappointed. I had a very unhappy experience at this place. They have terrible customer service, and I have no idea how multiple pieces of steel wool managed to get so firmly stuck inside the meat itself. It was impossible to detect, unless you were specifically looking out for it. When I gave the metal piece to the cashier, she didn't appear very concerned about how dangerous it was, to have something so sharp hidden inside the food. If a small child had swallowed it, it would have cut their throat, and caused severe injury. Please be warned, and avoid ordering the beef, if you still choose to take the risk. Thank you.

Do come outside lunch hours if you want to have a quick meal. Best to come before 12 noon. This meal is only $6.50. Free flow of roasted tea is available. It doesn't open until late night. Location is at Esplanade Exchange right above MRT station.

Normal Korean stall. Ordered bibimbap. Portion is good and taste okay. $7 for the portion and quality is good. Good thing is tea is free. Will come back for lunch again.

Super rude Philippines short big eyes lady at the counter, rolled her eyes at customers when she saw customers walking to her.. It’s only 8pm, yet she is pissed off that there are customers. super rubbish attitude. She shld just go back to her country since she can’t even do her job as a service crew,
