I recently became a fan of your White Coffee with Condensed Milk. I’ve bought it several times from your Woodlands Causeway Point outlet, and it has always been great. Today, I was happy to see a Dunkin’ Donuts at Hillion Mall Bus Interchange, so I ordered the same coffee. Unfortunately, this time it was extremely disappointing. The coffee was so diluted that it tasted like hot water with almost no coffee flavor & without milk at all (please see attachment). It was incredibly weak, and after just a few sips, I threw it away. Please train your staff properly. Thanks

The staff is patient to explain that the drink is sweet because of the powder and she asked if its ok before confirming the order.
