Know how to cut your pizza, to the lady working there on 07 Dec evening. This is not the first time you did that. I did not ordered the crispy thin crust so why cut in squares. And from the way you only cut into 4 strips, you definitely realised the mistake and stop cutting halfway. Thanks but no thanks. Updated in 01 Jun 2026 On 01 Jun 26, ard 2000H. It’s the same woman again. This time even worse.. The pizza is not cut thru. And she’s still working there. Both time she’s there. Other times when she’s not there, my pizza was cut ok. Where’s the management?

delivery app not accurate, stated that order was complete but it didnt arrive until 10 mins later. when it arrived, the pizzas were in unpresentable condition like the photo. i believe there shouldve been those 3-pronged plastic stand things also to keep the pizza in shape and the box from getting squashed, but there wasnt.

Dishonest business. Ordered 2 Classified Chicken pizza via Foodpanda and when I opened up the chicken bits was switched to chicken ham. Chicken ham was sour and tastes bad. When I called the restaurant, they gave excuses saying they are too busy hence forgot to call me to inform about the ingredients being out of stock. They promised a refund, both the staff and the outlet manager. It has been 2 weeks but no refund received. Outlet manager also promised that someone will reach out to me but no one reached out. They expect customer to keep calling them to ask for update. Irresponsible. If you do not have the chicken bits in stock, close the selection in Foodpanda and don’t sell it. Not switching out ingredients to cheat your customer. Will never order Dominos again. Pizza Hut has better customer service.

Please shut this place down. It's a waste of time and money. The pizzas i received were undercooked and cold. Response to Domino's: I have submitted 2 feedback forms and called the store 4 times on the weekend which was 3 days ago. There was no follow up or reply. For a global brand, this level of service is unacceptable.

Ordered 3 pizzas for my family on National Day this year. namely the classified chicken, simply cheese and the newly out Mac and Cheese. Mac and cheese was not how it was advertised at all, and we suspect they delivered wrong order for the simply cheese. the pizza we got was tomato based and had a Pathetic dried layer of cheese, and some chewy element which my family identified as sausages (probably). reached out to them via their feedback form, shared photos etc and got a reply that the pizza was indeed Simply Cheese. When i asked about the sausages inside, i was asked to provide a photo to show the sausages in it. The pizza is already eaten for goodness sake.. i dont understand, where is the fluffy 4 types of cheese promised? understand they may not be "stretchy" anymore due to temperature, but it this just pathetic. my family used to order Dominos once in awhile, now we have finally decided to give up on this brand.
