Really enjoyed the cakes from J&C Bakery! The cakes are fresh, soft and really delicious—not too sweet, which I love. 😋🍰 I bought some for the teachers and also brought some home for my family. Everyone enjoyed them! Highly recommended! ❤️

Omg I think these are the nicest butter cakes I've tried for a long time. Firstly, the taste is light, fluffy and not too overpowering of butter or oilyness. I could really eat many pieces at a time. And the price I feel is reasonable too. 12 pieces for $9. I bought them as wedding cakes and it comes with a nice box with the *double happiness* tag. Definitely will order again esp for gift giving or even personal eating.

I love their tiramisu which is my favourite. The marble cake and butter cake are equally nice. It is worth buying from the factory outlet to save money. Other pastries are available at the shop.

The Year 2014, I order direct to the main office is very good and success until 2025, totally changed. I make an order at online via Whatsapp, they serve me very dull. Never respond my order about few days. I really upset. Currently, 12 January 2026, I make an order again at WhatsApp, still the same issue. From Afternoon until evening, no respond my message. ANYWAYS, my comment is the Admin of the JnC Whatsapp never done a good job. It may cause Customers lost. I hope HR JnC will take note about this issue and to all the staffs especially THE ADMIN to assist.

They accepted my online order and then said closed on the day of delivery. Such liars. Their website said will deliver on Deepavali but nothing turned up. All evidences available.
