I ordered 2 large classified chicken through Grab. But I receive a random custom order (hot dog with cheese), rather than classified chicken. was heavily unsatisfied.

Domino’s Pizza at Greenridge Shopping Centre is a great option if you’re craving pizza in the Bukit Panjang area. The outlet is surprisingly spacious, with plenty of clean seating, bright lighting, and a modern interior, making it comfortable for both dine-in and takeaway. Despite visiting around lunchtime, the restaurant was quiet and relaxing I ordered the Classic Chicken hand-tossed pizza. The pizza came out fresh from the oven with a nicely baked crust

I ordered pizza through their own website about 10 times now. The past 3 times, each time tracking was not working and driver could not be contacted. Tracking claimed delivered, but food was not there. After filing the Feedback questionnaire, order was found outside about 15 min later. Each time, driver did not ring or knock or call. Food of course was cold by then. I kept reordering since I received a free regular pizza voucher, to make up for it and I wanted to give a second chance. But given it happened now the third time, I will not order there anymore... A pitty as pizza generally was well prepared and tasted good...

Just ordered 2 regular pizza and mushroom soup but when the order came there was no soup but substituted was a box of onion rings which had this black ring on it. The heat may be too high and burnt it. Tried calling the nos but no one answers the phone. If the item is OOS, they could have at least called and text me about it and not just try to substitute it with something I did not order.
