Update August 14, 2022: glad that they are making it again. However one full piece (small) cost $10!!! Stars dropped to 4 because of their price. Best mini mooncake!

We used to buy the wholemeal bread daily until 2 months ago we found out white bread was mixed among the slices. Not suspecting much we bought again the next day and similar experience occured. This time the white bread was moldy. We are upset at the dishonesty and wonder if the boss is aware of what's going on...

Been avoiding their bakery after having multiple negative experiences.. decided to give them a try again and bought their sandwich ($1.60). I was extremely disappointed once again. Bread wasn’t fresh (very hard) and it was sour!? The filling is pathetic as shown in the picture 😔 .. ohwell. This will really be my last purchase from them.

Have to say, I've tasted numerous pineapple tarts around chinese New year and have never had anything come close to the moist and flavorful centre, combined with the crispy, cheesy crust of Amethyst bakery tarts, please keep them coming😋😍

This bakery has the worst waffle. They make the waffle much earlier & later heat up whenever customer order. No other bakery in S'pore do such practice. Simply lazy. Some of their CNY cookies are overrated & expensive. 👎

Very good pastries. However, staff is lazy. I requested for the waffle to be heated up because they had pre made it. But staff told me its hot already and proceeds to give me a cold waffle. It will be better to make the waffles on the spot.

I went there to buy a French loaf and there is a sign to indicate that not to use hand to take the bread. I was shocked when the staff used her hand that just handled cash to pick up the French loaf from the tray😱😱😱

I patronising them most of the time during my kids schools days since there is only one bakery shop in this location. Sad to say their standard did not improve. Went to buy a few breads from them yesterday. Took one bread that is with ham inside. Was eating this morning and was munching it slowly that I felt something is not right. So I split it on a tissue paper and found egg shell. Luckily I took my breakfast first otherwise my old folks may have eaten and sallow the egg shell or my children will. Is it a blessing in disguise? They really have to improve their hygiene as I did once saw one the cashier digging her ears and repeatedly checking on her nails after she did. After that she continues to handle the pastry. Is she going for gold?? I wonder ? Wanted to share the egg shell on the tissue paper but felt very disgusting.
