Excellent service! I bought Rroll earlier today and had such a pleasant experience. The staff by the name of JoJo attended to me, was incredibly patient and took the time to explain every set in detail because I was honestly spoilt for choice! She answered all my questions without rushing me and gave thoughtful recommendations based on what I was looking for. Customer service like this is rare and truly deserves recognition. Thank you for making my Rroll experience such an enjoyable one!

Food was good and service was prompt. Recommend the pistachio cinnamon and the apple cinnamon. They are both awesome

We were at your Northpoint outlet on 28 Oct at around 6.05 pm. Your staff asked if I was a member and I said no. She proceeded with my purchase of the last bottle of the sea salt dark chocolate cookies, without asking if I would like to be a member. When my husband made his purchase after me, she gladly served him. He had signed up for the membership and enjoyed the perks immediately where I missed out on the discounts! However, he had asked for original but was given ALL cream. It was our 1st time purchasing and it was an unpleasant experience. And btw, the staff did not issue us with a receipt. I am still waiting for your reply on this.

Moderate sweetness for this classic cinnamon. I’d love to try lemon one next time
