Jun 2026 review: Ordered delivery and food was not bad. Hunan beef is not too spicy but flavourful. Cauliflower is not bad too. White rice is a bit tough though. Tang hoon taste is ok. Overall, not bad. Will want to dine in to try their other food if got chance.

Originally wanted to eat somewhere else for dinner but they were closed so chanced up on this and decided to give it a go. it was really good and pocket-friendly. Recommended!

Very disappointing service due to staff inefficiency and lack of communication. I came around 1pm specifically to avoid the lunch crowd, and there was no queue at all. Despite that, I ended up waiting 20 minutes for a takeaway order. A 20-minute wait at a place with no customers waiting is simply unreasonable. What was more frustrating was the complete lack of communication. No one informed me that my Kung Pao Chicken order was delayed. After waiting for a long time, I had to approach the staff myself to ask how much longer it would take. Only then was I told that the dish wasn’t ready. I asked if I could change to something else instead, and the order was immediately changed for me. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this here. The staff rarely make eye contact or communicate proactively with customers. Service feels slow, and there seems to be very little sense of urgency or care about the customer experience. The uncle at the cashier is also often unfriendly and comes across as quite rude. Overall, it feels like there is a lack of proper staff training and customer service standards. If you have a limited lunch break and don’t want to spend it waiting without any updates, I would not recommend this place.

Delibowl has long been one of our regular lunch spots, and it has always been a place we gladly recommend to colleagues and friends. However, during our visit today, we noticed several significant changes that were quite concerning. All cutlery and food containers have been replaced with disposable items, even for dine-in customers. While we understand that this decision may be due to rising operational costs to engage washing vendors, the overall experience has been noticeably affected. More importantly, we were surprised by the substantial reduction in food portions. To make matters worse, the dishes are cold and prices have increased despite the smaller servings. Paying more for less is understandably disappointing and has left us feeling that the value for money is no longer there. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be recommending Delibowl to others, and this was likely our last visit. Photo 1: Before changes. Photo 2: After changes to disposable cutlery.
