Have always bought food from here cuz it’s quite yummy and halal too… just today I bought to break my fast at about 4.40pm… unfortunately the lady serving me was so impatient. There was no one else in line but she was in such a rush to get my order packed and ready. Asked me without eye contact. She said “Da bao or eat here?” In mandarin. All while reshuffling the food on display. I pretended not to hear her to see if she would actually serve me properly, but no. I am appalled by this behaviour. Please review this feedback and check who was working on 10 March, 4.40pm. I’m not even done, right after I told her I wanted to takeaway, she asked if I didn’t mind the bento container. Though I did not order any rice. Sure I said. And she proceeded to DUMP the food into the container. Pls review CCTV. She dumped it all in, with no respect towards the food. Excuse me, what is she rushing for? Mind you, she was using her HP before I came over her stall…. There was literally no other customers. Please management, I hope you review this and train the staff better.

I love this concept! Have been patronizing other Delibowl outlet for years before this opened. To my delightful surprise, this express outlet in a food court offers stackable mini bowls. Instead of getting a big portion of the same type, now you can pick and choose your protein/vege which means more variety! The pricing is considered reasonable if you take 2-3 bowls. More than that it adds up quickly. Pls maintain the price! 😊

$12.90 for a set of shredded potato, mapo tofu, honey chicken drumlets, and rice feels like a fair deal. Portion is just right for one person. While none of the dishes are spicy, each is flavorful in its own way. The honey chicken drumlets stand out — tender, well-cooked, and coated with a pleasant sweetness that makes them especially enjoyable.

Really impressed with their new style of serving food, as a chinese, the food really speaks to my soul. Personally love the Honey Chicken and Butter Chicken, absolutely tender and sauce was well mixed.
