Had the double smashed brioche cheeseburger. It was 9.90 for the burger and 2 chosen sides. You can choose from a variety of sides, including fries, onion rings, potato salad, tater tots, mashed potato, coleslaw and many more for topup. For the price, the meal is filling and while the meat is thin, it is tasty. I would recommend making it thicker but it is a smash burger after all so expected. I would also recommend less ketchup on the burger as I have never been a fan of it and it just takes away the taste of the cheese and brioche bun. The fries are very good, salted perfectly and shaped like McDonald's fries which to me are the perfect size. I don't normally eat tater tots so I cant comment much on it but they were crispy just like the fries. Overall the meal is pretty worth it, not exceptional but one of the better ones especially from a food court. Wait was around 5 minutes so pretty quick and the service was normal. Definitely would recommend trying their burger as it seems like their specialty and I haven't seen bad reviews on that yet. 2nd visit: Decided to try their grilled chicken chop for $8.90 this time and ordered fries and nuggets on the side. The food came in 7 minutes when I ordered at peak time during 6.30...absolutely phenomenal.. The nuggets were pretty damn good as good as the tater tots the other time, they taste just like mcdonalds, but not as salty and a good size too. The fries are well seasoned just like the last time I visited. and this time the plating was much better not sure if intentional. The chicken itself was tender and a bit juicy and the skin just had that really nice grilled taste. The brown sauce was amazing some more. Seriously this is just crazy good its something you would expect from a high-end restaurant and this is honestly just a steal for the price. The store is really well kept so 5 stars for atmosphere and this time the cashier was a bit more lively in his tone then the previous time which I do appreciate. Definitely recommend to come.

Fish and chip is so dry without tar tar sauce. I still double check and asked the stall if there is tar tar sauce and they say yes it is inside. Such careless staff didn't put sauce and the fish taste so bad and bland without sauce. Will not buy again from them.

Visited Chops and Sear Bedok around 9pm, and business still good at that hour for the Western Food stall (the other stalls were closing already). Guys manning the stall have 5-star Hawker Service and Attitude 👍 👍 👍 Food is tasty - ordered Fish and Chips (M4 on the menu I think), with 2 sides. The fish’s crispy, fragrant and delicious - nice! Sides were nicely done too. Waiting time was acceptable - around 5 mins I think (definitely under 10 mins), despite being the 3rd or 4th in queue to order. Kid couldn’t finish his set - they placed the set in a takeaway box without any extra charge except a wave of the hands (“nah… no charge!”) and big smile 😁

Third visit review (1 star): Tonight's experience made me think twice of my previous review. I made an order and waited the usual 10-15 minutes but found out that 2-3 customers after me got their orders. So I approached the counter and apparently my order was given away to someone else. The kitchen guys were apologetic about it but the counter guy seems very nonchalant and unapologetic about it. So the kitchen guys were nice to make a new one but I was told to wait another 15 minutes. After more than 30 minutes of patiently waiting, I gave up and decided to not pick up my order as I felt very angry. I know that I wouldn't be able to enjoy the food anymore but I also didn't want to scold your staff because they are tired. I would like to visit again because I love your food but tonight left a very bad taste and experience :( Second visit review (5 stars): The staff are friendly. The two times I visited them, it was near closing time but they are still friendly despite being tired. On my first visit, I tried their beef burger based on one of the staff's recommendation, and it was so huge, soft and tasty. And then I returned and tried their fried chicken and it's so fresh, hot and tasty too. Definitely high recommended and kudos to the workers there!
