First time trying tzi char in this shop, surprisingly the char kway teow is the tastiest I've had in Bedok, even tastier than tzi-char nearby at MyKampung. Will come to try other dishes, couple next to me had hor fun and it looks really good too. Only dislike about this coffeeshop is there is mirrors everywhere, wish they can remove it, feels weird seeing your own reflections everywhere while eating.

Reasonable price for halal foods right beside NTUC bedok... Used to be cheaper but after an expansion, the price seem to increase a little but still a reasonable price for halal foods since some halal foods can be so "overpriced"... (Edited on 30/7/2022), try their Zi char n the fish at $12.90 comes in a big portion n lot of vegetables, really worth it... Highly recommended n the way the cook seem ok for a small place like these n not so "salty"...

Bought the German egg tart, $2. Was very good! Filling is like custard, smooth and creamy. Crust was crumbly and buttery. The crust is thick on the bottom though so you get less of the custard. Still ok for me since I like both the crust and the custard.

came by for breakfast as the nearby hawker centre was closed for renovation. saw a few aunties eating lontong & it looked good so we got it too. it came loaded with vegetables, a whole tau kwah & half an egg! really yummy! lodeh was on the sweeter side, but a taste i really enjoyed. mee rebus came as a hearty portion, but tasted just alright. much prefer the lontong 😋

Chicken cutlet lemon rice at 2 bucks! The rice was actually nice and warm chicken rice! Cutlet at that price no complains. Saw aunties eating whole fish at 9.90 Cheap eats! manage expectations at that price

12 June 2023 - Came again recently, before the Nasi Campur was very average with not much dishes, but now it seems they hire a new nasi campur chef from Indonesia, now have like 25 nasi campur dishes and it is very tasty. The nasi campur dishes taste as good as the ones from Djitsun Mall nasi campur shop but 50% cheaper. Asam Pedas was so so good and flavourful, will try other dishes soon. Seems everything had change and upgraded, even the chicken rice looks much better also snacks shop have wadeh, takoyaki and it looks much better in quality, than previously. Will try it all soon. The Penang ckt was the most bland and soggy ckt I’ve ever had. Zero wok hei and zero taste. Waste of calories; would not recommend.
