This was my first time having dessert at Paris Baguette. I was served by a staff member named Harsin (I hope I spelled her name correctly). She was very patient and helpful when I asked for candles and takeaway service. She served me with a warm smile, which made the experience even more pleasant. I will definitely come again!

Update (15 Apr 2026) Came down recently on a Wednesday morning on my very rare WFH day to get the 50% off drinks breakfast deal that’s before 11am. I was super excited for it and woke up at 8am so I can be here but I foolishly made a mistake by not getting a food item and paid full price for my coffee. After some hesitation, I asked if I could add on bread to get the deal. This is despite the payment having already gone through! I was incredibly moved when both staff on duty dug through the receipts just to nullify the previous payment for me to repay again to get the discount. I think it’s incredibly kind and patient of them, and I’m very thankful! For the rest: please buy your food item together with your drink and don’t be a bobo like me :P Older Review: One of the BEST Paris baguettes in Singapore, hands down. That means something given that I have tried possibly every single branch of PB from town to the north to even Changi. The staff at the Westmall branch is the sweetest bunch of people who always smile at you kindly and take your orders nicely! I have been to branches where the staff look angry that they have to take your orders, or don’t want to answer your questions. Here, they are just so patient and nice and I have seen them patiently answer questions from older patrons very kindly. Not to mention the latte art here is also beautiful! Well done and I really hope this branch lasts forever because I’ll keep coming and supporting 🥰

There's something quietly lovely about the West Mall outlet. Tucked comfortably within the mall, it has a warm, unhurried energy that the busier city outlets simply can't offer. The lighting is soft, the seating relaxed, and the gentle hum of the bakery — that faint buttery, freshly-baked smell that hits you before you even reach the counter — makes it genuinely hard to walk past without stopping. It's the kind of place where you slow down without meaning to. On this visit, I kept it simple with two items I've ordered time and again: Best Ever Garlic Bread — buttery garlic and soft cream cheese spread on a pillowy bun, with the aroma of butter, delicious garlic bits, and the sweetness of cream cheese making it utterly mouthwatering. (Sgfoodmenu) Eaten fresh at the table, still slightly warm, it's comfort food at its most uncomplicated best. Fresh Strawberry Yoghurt Cream Cake — topped with fresh strawberries on a yoghurt-coated sponge cake, the combination of silkiness and zestiness creates a burst of refreshing flavour. (The Smart Local) Light enough for the afternoon, pretty enough to photograph, and gone faster than I'd like to admit. Being MUIS halal-certified means the whole family can sit down together without a second thought — and that ease adds to the relaxed, inclusive feel of the place. It's not trying to be fancy. It's just consistently good, in a setting that makes you want to linger over your coffee a little longer. West Mall Paris Baguette is a neighbourhood gem. Highly recommend.

I was here today (1 March 2026) for coffee and dessert. It was my first time visiting this Paris Baguette outlet in West Mall, which I believe it only quite recently opened at this shopping mall. As usual when I am at other Paris Baguette outlets, I ordered here today, a "Cake & Drink Set" comprising my usual Cappuccino Hot and for today, a Shine Muscat Mousse Cake as it was on promotion. The Cappuccino as always was very good. The Shine Muscat Mousse Cake was decadently rich and super yummy. SEE PHOTOS HEREIN. Service at this outlet was very good - friendly courteous and helpful. The dining ambience here was very nice.

Worst shop for online delivery. We pre-ordered the birthday cake three (3) days before delivery. It was confirmed and scheduled. Surprisingly, on the delivery day, just before the delivery, the shop cancelled the orders, leaving us clueless at the last moment. This is totally unprofessional and inappropriate service. I highly recommend everyone TO AVOID such an unreliable shop for online delivery.
