Had not been to Burger King in a while. Came for breakfast. Had the combo crossan'wich set and the pancake with the chicken sausage platter.

Excellent Service from Chintan! I had a really good experience with Chintan. He was friendly, polite, and very helpful. I wanted to change my toy to a different one that I preferred, and he tried his best to help me with it. I really appreciate his effort and the good service he provided. Thank you, Chintan, for making my visit a pleasant one!

Was there at the Changi City point outlet on 22/05/26 evening with my wife for dinner. We use the machine to purchase a set meal (Fish Fillet upsize meal) & while waiting for the preparation of the meal, i saw there is a promo going on at the signboard display which relay the promo to my wife & ask her to cancel it & re-order the promo set instead. So she approached the counter staff and was served by this friendly staff named Lynn. After knowing what we want exactly, she not only assist my wife to redo the order and also help us to refund back the original price we paid earlier. All these was done within 10 mins (Excellent service!) Then after when the order was ready, she (Lynn) was so kind enough to bring the tray of food and serve us at our table even though she have some knees problems sawing her limping walking. Think what Lynn have shown here is not only service but also trying her best to attract more customers to come back by winning their heart with the best service she can provide. And she also lead by good example which there is 1 Indian young staff also being trained the same way as she is. Good job Lynn! Hope you can keep the good work and may your knee recover at its soonest. Cheers! Patrick Lua
