My wife always buy bread from this store and they see her foreigner want to bully her giving her burnt breads … worst store ever

I have went to this bakery several times to get waffles for breakfast. All other staffs no issues but only with this staff, do I seem to always face issues. I think she have gotten too used to telling people 'No'/giving excuses/wanting the customers to leave her in peace. 3/11/24, 8.50am: This is the 2nd time that I am here when I have encountered the elderly chinese auntie at the bakery. The shop states they open at 8am but at 8.50am, I came in to buy waffles and she said she cannot do now as she needs to arrange her bread. And when she does it, she looks unhappy to do it. The last time I went down at 8.20am, it was also her that i encountered the same issue. If the shop states you are open at 8am, there shouldn't be any reason as to why you are unable to make a waffle, especially when its way after 8am. All other staffs there were no issues, but she is special in that way, that it seems she only wanna sell ready made items. If she has to put in effort to make it herself, her face becomes long and dissatisfied. It's okay. I am not like other customers who say I will not return. I will return to buy waffles, and if her mindset remains the same, its her who will remain miserable everytime I question her opening hours. 21/09/25, 9.45am: Sighs...same elderly lady again... my usual order is cheese waffle for my wife (because she is borderline diabetic) and peanut waffle for myself... but she made chocolate waffle for my wife instead. They never gotten my usual order wrong before, so I did not bother to check. I learnt my lesson... I cannot trust my orders with you even. What baffled me and put me in a conundrum on how I should react, was when I return to collect the waffles, she said 不要管他 (don't care about him/her) to another very elderly customer. At this point, I am not even sure if she was referring to me because she made a wrong waffle order. If it's about someone else, I am cool with it but if it's about how I might react if I return home to discover the mistake....well all I gotta say is... If you are not suitable working in the frontline, then I do not understand why you still working in the front. If you made a mistake, just change it because I can wait. My wife is someone who does not like me leaving negative reviews but this time... even you have upsetted her. Imagine that!

a cheese waffle cost $2.20, look at this pathetic amount of cheese :’) dont buy man just dont buy 😭😭😭
