Not very pleasant customer service and bakery signs. Placed at counters promotional price of bread going for 3 for $3/4/5 but when made payment, said promotion hasn't started. Misleading.

My helper told them she wants waffle with peanut butter even show the counter lady my message from her handphone. Instead she gave my helper another thing. My helper can't speak English. So disappointed 😞

Worst waffles of all. The waffles batter looked very watery and the waffles was not cooked. It was soggy with an unpleasant taste. It is perplexing how this shop can survive for so long with the poor quality of food andcustomer service. The staff are lazy and not willing to serve customers.

Very bad service, staffs always chatting while customer waiting for them to place order. When asking what's the ingredients in the bread (due to no labeling on the display table), she replied in mandarin "whatever you see outside the bread is what's the ingredients". Never buy from this bakery shop again.

The staff working here can be really impatient and brash. Just not one but atleast 2 who make it look like we owe them a living. A sincere smile and demeanor is all it takes. Either they are overworked, unhappy working there or just look down on the class of the people or race.
