I was very disappointed with my order. I ordered a two-piece chicken meal, but when I received it, the chicken pieces were extremely small. To make matters worse, one of the two pieces was just a chicken wing, making the portion feel even more disappointing. It certainly wasn't what I expected for the price. I hope the restaurant can be more consistent with the portion sizes.

This is without a doubt the most moist, tender and succulent whole spring chicken we have ever had. The taste is mild yet so delicious. However we wished the skin could be more crispy. Healthy fried chicken. Not oily. When we finished, there are actually very little bones left. Amazing. Shiok. Back for more. Got the half chicken for tonight. Love the quality of their pollock fish fingers and crispy squid. Shiok.

I came across this unique friend chicken place at City Square Mall, any friend chicken lover would love this as this is not your regular KFC or Mc. Just for an experience for the fried chicken lovers…

Arnold’s is famous for their tender and juicy fried chicken and here I am at their flagship store in SG. This store never failed to serve their food items hot. If you are into fast food, I am sure you will agree with me hot fries taste the best so ya, get your share of piping hot fries here too !

Poor customer service 😔 Taste is amazing 🤩 Too much attitude towards the customers. Kindly remove or change sticker in the mirror that shows last order timing. They didn't accept the order even at 9:35pm. HO team should monitor this branch for the betterment.
