Ananas Cafe is a food shop with mediocre food for cheap prices, I had their chicken rice and while it was cheap, it was so bland I never bothered to finish the food. Staff is trying though at least. If you are hungry and can’t bother to just go to the three actually tasty restaurants on the other side of this place, I guess there’s here.

I bought the chicken rice twice, first time bought the rice is 3/4 cooked and still can feel the powdery taste. Thought maybe 2nd time will be okay and still the same issue rice not totally cooked. I want to approach them n just thought just don't buy from them anymore. It's always around 5plus in the evening after work timing so always bought at that time. I have seen ppl before me bought the chicken rice as well. They may not mind if the rice is not cooked well.

One of the worse been hoon I ever tasted. Noodles is so hard to bite and expensive! Bee Hoon with 1 chicken wing cost $3.80! Don't buy from them, a steps more an Compassone got a stall selling Bee Hoon and chicken wing, fishballs etc. Chili smell and taste sour!

Rude Indonesian lady seller! Bought chicken wings and hotdogs but can’t give sambal Chili even when asked several times. Will not visit ananas anymore. Unethical business. 2 chicken wings and a hotdog for $4.80. Other shops selling $1.50 each chicken wings. Bad horrible too.

Brought bee hoon and a fish cake for $3.50. Stated on the board bee hoon was $1.2 so the fish cake cost $2.3? Rude lady at the cashier as well.

Ordered Nasi Lemak and picked my own ingredients. I told the lady to add an egg as well, maybe she didn't hear me. I went home and found that there was no egg in my meal. The total amt of my food was $4.2, I'm not sure if that is a good price or not for what I got. The food was ok, they're not bad. There's lots of rice and it's edible I guess. Only thing I'm upset about is my egg not being added. Only good thing I can say is the person serving me wasn't rude at least.

Rude and poor service. Food that looks like discard and taste like drain water. My experience is bring exact as change is placed on the counter with oil and sauce even if you stretch out your hand. My food cost $3.10 and when I did not have 10 cents, the server gave me such a dirty look. First and last time here. Customer beware. There are better options just a few steps away.

Bought 2 packets of nasi ayam ask for 4 pkts but get only one packet of chilli so unreasonable the least give each packet bought for each chilli. Staff says boss scold if waste plastic to pack the chilli.. wth!

I went there once and was craving for chicken rice. The portions were very generous and the aunty was very kind and did what I asked for. The price was ok. The taste was very good better than other expensive chicken rice

The chicken rice is nice. But I don’t think it’s too much to ask for another packet of Chilli sauce..? If you are so stingy about it then I guess you’ve to rethink about your business strategy in order to reach out to new consumers or even retaining the existing ones.

The staff is kind of rude..staff they have. I arrived first but they thought i came later, insisted i requeue from the back , or else as his cuatomer will run away , he shouted at me, even i explained to him i came first. I was quite angry i did not buy from them the food . I have many previous bad experience when buying food from them.What a very rude staff we have nowadays.

picture shows nasi Lemak so nice,so appetising but taste horrible,it shows there are cucumber for nasi lemak but there isn't cucumber served,staff are rude Please removed the cucumber away from the photos,agree on all reviews,if still no Improvement,boycott this stall & let them close for good,bye bye!,rude staff,food is tasteless

good chicken rice, the chilli has a unique taste when combo with the rice although the location may not be the best, the food makes up for it recommended to order a bit earlier in the afternoon for food to be more fresh

Nasi lemak without lemak taste. Tasted like ordinary rice. Chicken wing and begedil tasted ok. Egg abit rubbery. No peanuts given. I guess must pay for it. Gave the server $10 but she returned only $1.50. Set 1 costs $3.50. Need to be alert and reminded her how much was given. Disappointed and wary.

Recently after 2 years I received a reply from so called 'owner' saying 'why don't you cooked yourself'. Well, at least got a reply but as an owner should say ' we will try our best to serve the customers and and will see it does not happen in future,' If that's the owner ' well, 😂 no further comment '
