My mother and I Enjoyed the Delicious, lightly-battered Chicken that are fresh. I enjoyed the tasty burger alot! Would like to commend the staff that was on duty, Mr Tan Kai Poh, who works fast, efficient, very polite and friendly. He is constantly at a task without breaks and was never flustered. We feel he deserves some commedation! Cheers! :) Btw. This is our 1st visit here!

First time trying A&W... decided to try it at Canberra plaza...when I was looking at the order machine to c what to order I decided to order 6pcs chicken nuggets n onion rings n also coke zero can...I love chicken nuggets so would always be eating chicken nuggets at McDonalds...I even tried the chicken nuggets at Jollibee...so now I m trying it at A&W...oh n I even tried the burgerking chicken nuggets when I ordered the 5 In 1 meal...in McDonalds the chicken nuggets r crispy...but the chicken nuggets at A&W not crispy but nice...the chicken nuggets was well fried....happy about it...the onion rings c crispy v nice...in mcdonalds when order chicken nuggets there is a option of whether want 6pcs or 9pcs...n can also choose the sauce for the chicken nuggets...but for A&W when I order from the machine there is only 6pcs nuggets...n there is a 4pcs chicken nuggets bear meal for children...for the onion rings no option of size choice....only 1 size the small one....I was so so disappointed ☹️ ☹️ ☹️ when in McDonalds I buy chicken nuggets there is a option of ala carte or meal but in A&W there is no meal for 6pcs chicken nuggets... Both chicken nuggets n onion rings I buy ala carte...for the drink also ala carte...for the whole meal I Paid more than $10 n seriously I felt not worth it...IT WOULD B SO MUCH BETTER N MORE WORTH IT IF A&W TO HAVE A CHOICE OF 6PCS OR 9PCS CHICKEN NUGGETS MEAL...N SHOULD TRY ADDING SAUCE FOR NUGGUTS MEAL... The taste really good but give so little food but pay so much I was not happy about that for food I give 1 star hated it...for service I m giving 5 stars v happy with the service by the staffs working at the A&W CANBERRA PLAZA...THe staffs r v nice towards me... atmosphere I give 5 stars...loved the atmosphere...v beautiful fastfood place...the A&W BEAR,the pictures pictures on the wall, bear display case...loved it...overall I give 2 stars not great...

Have not eaten at A&W Canberra Plaza for some time. The taste is so bad now, chicken not so fresh, thick flour, too salty. Fries in combo with cheese, make it soggy. Fries with skin. Food not nice. Only the root beer float with ice cream is always good.

Ok. First time here and find the service werid. Order at the self check out and then ask me for buzzer number. But then waited for a while before knowing if u order drinks, u need go claim at counter immediately? The whole situation is werid and funny. Anyway, the staff is friendly enough to tell me. It is pretty quiet for a weekend afternoon lunch. Order root beer float and to be honest, the root beer taste a bit diluted. Overall. Not a good experience..

To start off, the Malay staff that is not wearing glasses (describing as such as im unsure of her name) who is working behind the counter on 19 June 2026 (Friday) was overly rude. When I committed the sacrilegious crime of asking some simple questions, I was met with curt responses in a loud tone. Frankly, this is pretty unbecoming behaviour of a staff of an F&B establishment. A&W pls teach ur staff how to communicate politely, or at least in a civil manner, we are all humans and are understandably tired after a long day of work. But at least learn to have some decency lah. We dont need to put up with your attitude. Also, havent eaten in awhile but dont remember A&W being this expensive $12 for so little. It is pretty disappointing. Eat so little how can full??
