Serve ice cold root beer float. A chicken sandwich that's reasonably size. This is one of the good A&W outlet. Seating areas are available inside and outside. Cashless machines that are actually working and a lot of it. Located in bird paradise, prices are quite reasonable.

Ample tables and quite a few self-ordering kiosks. I missed the sign on the kiosk informing that the beverages can be immediately collected at the counter (instead of waiting for your buzzer to sound for the rest of your order). Food was erm OK though the curly fries were broken little pieces so that was less fun than I expected.

Do take note no table service is provided here. The buzzer is for you to collect your food when it is ready. If you ordered any drinks, approach drinks counter first to collect your drinks and then head to your table to wait for your food. Only had the rootbeer float this visit. Drink straight from their iconic frosty mug, no straws provided. Totally enjoyed the rootbeer float as usual.

The burgers are definitely shrinking, and the prices are high. The tastes have not been the same when it was here in Singapore in the earliest time. The taste were good in the olden days.

Good location just outside of the bird paradise. Good stop for takeaways. During peak hours it can get quite packed so do take note. Self service counter is fabulous, moving the queue way faster then usual. There are 2 seperate counters for food and drinks collection. Food quality seems similar to jewel didnt manage to try the other branches in sg.

Weekday morning and not crowded at all. Open air outdoor seating and indoor aircon. Enjoy the waffle and hot americano. Outdoor seating is very relaxing on cool morning, water falls and greenery.

The crew are very nice and the Aunty who scoop the ice-cream for me is so nice. The surrounding is nice and is so good to have a root beer float after your trip in Bird Paradise.

Food quality is good but serving is smaller than what it used to be. The restaurant uses self service machines which helps to reduce q- ing time. That was great. However the queue system is a bit confusing. There were more than one entrances and no one to organize the patrons entering ur restaurant. A family cut my q as they came in from another entrance and they happened to be nearest to the self service machine.

Nice A&W outlet and not as crowded as the others. Food selection, payment and pick up all very easy and fuss free. Able to get a table rather quickly with the help of the staff. Over a nice place for fast food.

Went on Sat lunch, as expected the place is pack. There is a queue that the outlet has to regulate the flow of customers Kiosk ordering with a buzzer to collect the food and a separate to collect the drink. Crew staff are to the task on a busy noon l, especially saw staff Lomer who is kind to collect the drinks on behalf of 2 elderly. Waited 10mins for my food which is fine considering the crowd.

Ordering is via kiosk and buzzer to collect food. The 2 pcs golden aroma chicken set comes with curly fries & root beer with ice cream. Fried chicken only 1 taste Golden Aroma, no spicy flavour. Portion just nice & taste good.

Enjoyed the food and drinks. Simple fast food. Root beer float my favorite. Had hot dogs. Did not have the waffles this time. Onion rings nice but expensive...$5.50 for 4 rings! Restaurant was nice and clean. Staff friendly. Apart from the onion rings, everybody else was super.

The best A&W outlet I’ve visited so far! Feels extremely cosy and nice here. Service was great and so happened a new batch of fried chicken came, and that made it taste even better!

Finally managed to dine in A&W long after its re-opening in Singapore. The order process is swift and simple. Chose and paid for meals checked out at self-ordering kiosk, then collect the root beers at their drink station. Wait for the order to be called up by the buzzer that you picked up at the kiosk. I kinda like the mozarella burger but it was lacking lettuce. The Beary Meal bucket is very useful for packing knowing that kids won't finish their meals in one sitting. There is plenty of kids chairs for families with toddlers. 8/10 will visit the place again some day.

The service is very good. Came here for lunch with the family. The restaurant was quite packed, and we couldn’t find any seats. Just then, a staff came up to us and told us she has found us a seat and we can seat the children then order. So unexpected and so kind of the staff to be mindful and kind to families with children. We ordered the food and it was very easy to order through the self service kiosk. We just had to ensure that we pick up our A&W mugs at the drinks counter. Bonus for Friends of Wildlife, always check with the counter if there are any special perks for members. We collected our food easily and the food quality was much better than those from the Jewel outlet. The kids definitely enjoyed the food a lot. Thank you for the wonderful service and food.

Food was great for a first time visit! The staff was friendly and told us what the popular items were! We ordered the mozza burger and hotdog which were the recommendations and it did not go wrong! The mozza burger was juicy with many ingredients inside! Root beer is a must get as it pairs well with the burger and served in a frozen glass! Environment was crowded and noisy as it was the lunch time on the weekends

If I can give a 6 star for service I will do so. The crew are very attentive and clears up the area very quickly. Food is good. Love the fish burger and root beer float. A lot of seating area, well kept and clean. Kuddos to the team & crews!

We came in and were unfamiliar with the menu so took a long time to figure it out. This server came by real friendly and not rushing us even when it was crowded, also showed us the kids menu which we didn’t know. When we were short of a drink delivered, she helped us with the order. Much appreciated!!! The food was hot and tasty too!! New menu looks good!

Need to wait for seats to be available but it was quite fast as they are regularly cleaning the tables inside. The aircon is strong and the tables are cleaned up by the staff nicely. Good environment to rest in and have lunch after a hot day at Bird Paradise

It is a very nice outlet, facing alot of green. Farah, one of the staff, greeted us with lots of warmth and she spoke to us in dialects, Chinese ,English , though she is a Malay. She is very talented! The ice cream float help us to cool down.
