A&W aroma chicken awesome. Ordering food via Kiosk is fast. However waiting for food still take some time, as such does it still consider as fast-food? :)

for us, coming here is all about their root beer float. but we also do enjoy their onion rings every now and again. service is actually pretty good, and the staff that have served us have all been pretty friendly and helpful.

I ordered Aroma Chicken with Root Beer Float, and Waffles with ice cream and chocolate syrup for dessert! It tasted really great. Chicken and fries were piping hot when served to us. Waffle was crispy, well complemented with the cold vanilla ice-cream. More importantly, the queue management was good. They had queue poles to split Dine-in and Takeaway people. The staff seemed to coordinate well with one another as well — from cashiering, to drinks preparation, food preparation and tray return. Will visit again! So AWesome 😎

As usual it’s crowded when first opened, but queue is bearable and there are staff outside assist the order queue and dine in customer. They have self order kiosk but it’s temporary unavailable. Hopefully this can be up soon to ease the human queue. First order from counter, then queue for drink then wait for the beep call for food collection. I try the cream cheese beef burger combo, burger is nicely wrap and overloaded with cream cheese inside. Beef patty was nicely well done and the bun is soft. Only thing I wish is the fries are hot too. I think next time dine it better. But they have limited seating area. Need to queue too.

Avoid the Fried Chicken Combo as the portions were really tiny as compared to Texas Fried Chicken. But taste-wise, not too bad. Root beer float is good as usual.

Its fine, one of the fried chicken looks huge but was actually not very meaty.. think it was the rib section

Great root beer float and delicious curly fries. The burger is dry and bland tho. Definitely no go for the beef burger. The chicken is pretty decent tho. Just stay away from the burgers especially the ones with the cream cheese which is actually non-existent inside the burger.

Food: Overpriced IMO. It was my impression when they first reentered but recently I tried again and noticed 4 pieces of onion rings in irregular sizes for over $4. Taste and quality is good tho. Still… I can’t see myself buying it again. Service: Self-service throughout. Atmosphere: Just like any other fast food places.

As usual A&W is known for its float and curly fries. No doubt the best. Onion rings in the other hand pretty expensive for 4 pc at $4.30. Taste wise was quite normal. Indoor seating has was super warm. Seems like air-conditioning was not on.

First time eating a&w after many years when it disappeared from Singapore. Ordered the mozza burger. Honestly it pretty good. I love the bun firstly becuz it's the fluffy type of bun as compared to typical mcdonald bun. The beef patty is fresh and overall sauces mixed well. Ordered an alarm carte chicken. This was ok. Good chicken but not unique in a way. Finally the root beer float is just the key item. The ice cold mug makes the whole drink taste nicer. Root beer and vanilla ice cream is a great pairing.

Quiet clean spacious in the morning, off peak hour. Next to mrt, very convenient. Rooms for prams and wheelchairs. Good as i remembered. Root beer float a must, their signature. Love their onion rings, literally Onion breaded rings not like the usual suspect. Fish burger was good, not saltish. Bought ala carte 5 burgers, onion rungs & fries totalling $28. Price is alright for me. Service crew are friendly and helpful. Will visit again.

The A&W root beer float was the best I have ever drank, and the portion was also very big to take your sweet time and enjoy. But the fried chicken was as good as it was dry. Still, the chicken is crispy. The service and atmosphere made up for the food as the cashier was very polite and even recommended me their best sellers! The atmosphere was cosy and homey, it just felt good but the place is not as clean with some tables that are oily.

Coney Dog was decent with a generous portion of meat sauce. Root beer was good as usual. The best part about this outlet is the abundance of tables/seats and great service. Was served by acting manager Zulfadli who was extremely friendly, as well as a female crew member who promptly assisted with the replacement of the coney dog when I realised that my special request (no diced onions) was not entered into the ordering system.
