Visited on friday 7/8/2026 around 6 PM. The chicken served to me looked horrible, so I politely asked if it could be changed. However, the two male malay staff told me that all the chicken was the same and initially refused. I tore the chicken open and showed them the texture inside... they eventually offered to replace it. Unfortunately, the service was very unpleasant—no smile, no apology, and no sense of concern. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I remember visiting A&W during the peak weekend period last week, and I know how busy it was. Despite the long queues and what looked like a shortage of staff, there was one employee who really stood out. He was a guy wearing a blue shirt. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to catch his name, which is why I'm writing this review in the hope that he gets the recognition he deserves. I understand that during such a busy period, most staff would naturally prioritise clearing orders. However, he chose to make sure I was taken care of first and provided excellent customer service without making me feel like I was a burden. He was patient, helpful, and genuinely kind throughout the interaction. It's not often you come across someone who remains so professional and caring under pressure. He truly deserves praise for his attitude and dedication. A&W is lucky to have someone like him on the team. Keep up the excellent work!

First time to this outlet and was amazed by the outdoor seating! Comfortable and cosy. Can slowly munch my waffle and slurp my rootbeer 😬 Food was served faster despite a crowd forming (as usual). Well, good food need time to wait ✋️ 😋 Staff are friendly and attentive to your needs. I was carrying heavy stuff and they offered me a bigger seating area so I can place my items without hinder the pathway. Overall, thumbs up 👍 for the team at A&W Kampung Admiralty ❤️❤️❤️

actually one of the cleaner and more underrated a&w outlets. service was fast even during peak hour and the food came out hot. curly fries still hit every single time and the root beer float tasted extra nostalgic after a long day. the outlet is pretty spacious compared to some other branches, so it doesn’t feel too cramped. good spot if you just want a chill fast food supper or casual catch up without the crazy crowd.

AW had disappeared before in Singapore and now we can find them in many places, one of them is in Admiralty Place, second story, just opposite McDonalds. It has outdoor sitting areas, although unfortunately, it closes quite early at 9pm. There are not many windows of time to be comfortable sitting outside in Singapore weather since it only open around 10 pm. The food is okay, the price is on the higher side for fast food, but it has been like that for a while. The ambience feels more like a very fast food joint, unlike some of the more ‘restaurant feel’ I used to go to way back when.
