The cashier is moody as hell, to a point she passed me the wrapped cake by throwing them to me. It was wrapped in a plastic so thankfully it didn't get squished but that is not something you should be doing as a cashier and who works in f&b. The bread and cake is always good but the service is such a disappointment.

Bought their truffle shrimp roll, totally not edible. Taste like petroleum and bitter. Not able to refund as I have open up. The Chinese speaking girl, I guess is the manager is rude. The other girl sound like Myanmar is friendly

The service as others have mentioned are the worst. The young girl at the cashier with mask has rude attitude. If not for the convenience, will never buy frm here. Save the money and walk to breadtalk. At least they are friendlier and provide decent service. Will never coming back.

seems like cashier is having a bad day - asked her is it okay to make payment through paywave, she frown and gave a disgusted look to me with a loud: HAR?? immediately I felt sorry for asking stupid question but same time feeling uncomfortable with her reaction. And now I found out not only me but many people had the same experience as me from the reviews. Bread good but staff nope…. anyway she was nice towards an aunty behind me, I guess the aunty is their regular customer(?)

Cashier has a BAD attitude. Although she was wearing a mask, You can still see her GIGANTIC MASSIVE FROWN. Strongly recommend her to wear a full face mask, so the customers can have a better appetite. The Pastry and bread was edible but nothing outstanding.
