Had the penyet and fried beancurd & eggs. Lunch specials came with a drink. Very filling and tasty. Nice little place. Slight caution on the level of spiciness, I had the level 2 (green) and it is already pretty hot! All good!

A small place with limited seats, only have 5 tables. The fried chicken and duck are okay but the mozzarella one is the best. The tahu telor is better than the other ayam penyet brand. Happy soda and teh botol are a must for Indonesians.

Small little shop within EHub Downtown East, sitting was slightly squeezy but the food came super fast. Their sweet black sauce chicken and sweet black sauce beef ribs were awesome! They also added some crumbs on the the chicken that gave it a really good crunch. This is food that is super shiok! Will be back to try other dishes in the near future! *Word of caution* - If you can’t take spicy, choose level 1 and don’t ask for another scoop of sambal. You will need a fire extinguisher finishing the level 4 sambal. Love it!!

Ordering is done on a self service touch pad or via QR code at the table. Items are fried on the spot and service is fast for a small kitchen setup. Staff is friendly here with a ready smile. Sambal spice level for penyet / bakar dishes have 7 levels, but felt its been toned down for local palette even for the highest level. Note that white rice is an additional order and not included by default. Iga penyet is a fried to a crisp and hammered down to soften with a good marinate. Pomfret for the kan bakar is fleshy and still moist when served, with the kicap pairing well with the sambal. Ayam soto is rather bland and needed the accompanying sambal to help lift it. Peanut sauce for both the gado gado and tahu telor is too sweet for my liking. Pity, since the tahu telor is pretty good. Shrimp crackers are a miss, with quite a few piece uncooked.

It is a very small eating outlet along the same row as Ya Kun & opposite Swensen Downtown East. Cosy place, friendly & efficient staff. Love their Ayam Pentyet, especially the chillies sauce! Talk about their chillie, you can choose the level of spiciness so it is good for someone whom can’t take too spicy food like me :-) Will go again for brunch as they only open from 11am 😋

Cold, dry chicken but the seasoning was nice. The variety of sambal was also great. Service was very quick and efficient. Interior was pretty warm compared to the mall. Overall will not come back as there are much better alternatives in Singapore at better prices, even when factoring their lunch set discount.

Their ayam penyet is not even smashed. Should just rename it to ayam goreng lah.🤦🏻‍♂️ Response to admin: I made a grab order from the downtown east branch. So it seems your downtown east branch doesn't ALWAYS smash the chicken.

First and last time coming here unfortunately. Food edible but fast food quality. Hawker stall better than this. Chicken on the drier side. Soto soup room temp. Teh tariks both hot & iced are diluted. Over all not worth the price.

Terrible gado gado, the tau gua s cold, the sauce is cold, the egg is cold(overcooked, and kept for long time) the vegetable is cold and soggy. How can such restaurant sustain…disgrace to this dish..

Pretty authentic ayam geprek though would’ve preferred it to be more flavourful. Chili is very spicy and what you’d expect from indo food.

Overall could be better. The batter for the chicken was mild. As with the tempe & tauhu. Taste was abit bland. The was alot of sambal options. The sambal hijau was not bad. Sambal level 4 was spicy!

Service was fast and ordering was efficiently done through the self service kiosk. If you are into Indonesian cuisine, the menu will meet all your expectations. Flavors abound and reasonably priced.
