I want to share my disappointment about the food stall next to the Health Promotion Board. Today I paid $4.50 for only 3 small pieces of lotong. Each piece was only half size. The lotong was also very salty. I also tried the siew mai and it was not good. I know it may come from another 3rd party vendor, but the stall should still choose better vendors and check the quality. It feels very wrong because this stall is right beside HPB. I expect the food here to be healthier and better quality. Right now it’s the opposite, and it’s quite ironic. I hope HPB can check on this stall’s food, price, and vendors.

Price increase but portion and standard dropped a lot. Used to have a friendly lady preparing the mee rebus, mee siam, lontong but the recent lady just put on a dull face with bad service. The tau kwa used in the longtong had already turned bad. The cleanliness of this place is bad too.

Employees are super inattentive. Ordered Kopi C Peng still ask if want cold and is it Kopi C.. auto calculate in extra 20 cents when you order without asking if you are going to takeaway or not. And the different between drinking here and taking away is the plastic lid (you’re paying 20 cents for that). Asked for a carrier, say must take and do myself. The cup and lid is so flimsy and not closed tightly, a slight tilt in the plastic bag a good 15% of my coffee split when I haven’t even touched the lid. Worse part, coffee tastes bad. For $2.10 you can get better service and coffee elsewhere. Saw someone say their drink not sweet enough, they just directed him to the bucket of sugar asked him to add himself.. might as well customers make their own drinks, don’t need the employees.

I recently ordered the chicken with fungus dish and I wanted to share some feedback. I was surprised that the dish contained few shredded chicken and quite a large amount of fungus, which was different from what I expectedly and photo show I just wanted to bring this to your attention for future reference. Thank you for your attention and for the service you provide.

They have the monopoly so they can be rude and abrasive. Food is cold and hard (the pau and glutonous rice). Tea and coffee is barely there in taste. Ask a question and they give you nonsensical replies. I order toast and asked if I came back later to collect. She said no and so I waited and she then said wait to be called. So I waited and then she got upset and said sit down and wait to be called. Bread is ready and no one called as somehow she was busy. Last time here and I rather eat somewhere else than provide business to a rude store. Sat just at the first table and cobataly see the seller yelling at customers. Just ate the toast. Opened it and barely any kaya and butter. It's a rip off to me. Sell at a hospital to a captive customer base and provide food that is of low value.
