Had a really great experience here! The pizza was delicious and full of flavor and the service was excellent. The waitress was very friendly and even offered us an extra mushroom soup^^! Really appreciated the warm hospitality and overall dining experience. Would definitely come back again!

This review is based on the kim keat outlet, when it first opened their pizza was actually good like to die for (IMO) ordered twice and both times were delicious. Fast forward months after, their standard dropped. Pizza was bread was under cooked, very soggy and not cut through properly. Disappointing... and i for the first time i ordered their newyork chicken, probably one of the worst tasting chicken ive ever had. Just steamed like chicken brushed with tangy slightly spiced bbq sauce(bbq sauce was decent). Overall will definitely avoid their chicken and for their pizza i hope they can keep their standards up there again after reading this review.

Pizza was nice and freshly made But the seating area isn't very clean and the tables were kind of broken

Actually not too bad and not that pricey! The taste was not as delicious as the usual other brands but really good nonetheless!

Ordered on 1 Nov for a self pickup between 2-2.30pm but something urgent cropped up and i was only able to pick up my pizzas at 5pm. The staff at kimkeat gave me a call before that to remind me and also mentioned that the pizza would be cold by then to which i informed them its ok. Come to my surprised, when i finally went to pick it up, the pizza was hot and the staff had kept it warm for me out of their own initiative. Really appreciate the staff at kim keat for their care and initiative!
