Food not bad... Service was bad. 10% Service Charges but I have to self service with the utensils when I asked for it from the staff. Staff is not considerate enough to think the birds can eat my food any time quickly when I went in to take utensils.

Only 3 foreign staff in the outlet. Outlet manager not around. Encountered issue with grab dine-out payment but nobody can resolve the issue. Dilly dally for quite a while and finally "resolved" issue. Indian lady staff is polite enough to apologize for inconvenience caused. Pizza came out in takeaway boxes although we indicated dine in. Browsed through other reviews and saw their cheeseboat pizza had egg on top. Ours were just cheese. No wonder i find something missing. Cinnamon sticks were not nice. Cheesy meatballs were ok. Outlet is very stuffy and the staff kept scrubbing the floor i think. Kept smelling the floor detergent smell while eating. Staff also forgot we had side dishes too. Went to remind them and it took quite some time again.... Hope they improve their service in overall.

Have you tried US Pizza at West Coast? They’ve actually been around for quite some time, and I’m only just discovering them now. Tucked within the neighbourhood, this spot offers a casual and laid-back setting, perfect for a quick pizza fix or a relaxed meal with friends. Sometimes, it’s these familiar places we overlook that end up being a pleasant surprise. The outlet is located just outside the mall, facing the main road, yet still within the premises of West Coast Plaza. Its accessible and slightly tucked-away spot makes it a convenient stop, whether you’re passing by or specifically heading there for a quick bite. Enjoy the beautiful layers created in their new lineup of drinks, the Strawberry Matcha Latte, Sunset Mango Cooler, and Lemonade Cooler. Each cup not only looks visually appealing with its distinct colour gradients, but also delivers refreshing flavours that are perfect for a light pick-me-up. From the earthy notes of matcha paired with sweet strawberry, to the fruity brightness of mango and the zesty kick of lemonade, these drinks offer a delightful balance of taste and aesthetics. Plus, there’s a little perk, grab a free mini plushie with your purchase, available for the first 500 new drink orders only. If you are craving something rich and indulgent, do give the US Favourite Beef a try. Topped generously with beef salami and a layer of melted cheese, each bite delivers a savoury, slightly smoky flavour that pairs well with the crisp, golden crust. It’s a satisfying choice for those who enjoy a classic meat-and-cheese combination done right. What? Fish & Chips Pizza? This unique creation comes topped with crispy fish fingers, juicy cherry tomatoes, and a cheesy base. For an extra burst of flavour, squeeze some lemon juice over it to brighten up the dish. It’s an interesting twist that brings together familiar elements in a fun and unexpected way. Enjoy the new personal menu with the X Solo Box, where you can indulge in a pizza and a side all on your own. Perfect for solo cravings, this set starts from just $10.90. You’ll also get to customise your meal by choosing your preferred pizza along with one side from a selection of 12 options, making it a satisfying and value-for-money treat. I went for their X Solo Box, pairing the Texas BBQ Chicken pizza with an Extra Long Mozza Cheese Stick on the side. The pizza came topped with tender chicken and sweet pineapple chunks, giving it that familiar sweet and savoury contrast. The cheese stick was a fun addition, crispy on the outside with a satisfying stretch of gooey mozzarella inside, making it a comforting and indulgent combo for a solo treat. If you are in the mood for something bite-sized, do consider their Crunchy Popcorn Chicken as a side. Each piece is well-coated with a crisp, golden batter, delivering a satisfying crunch with every bite. It’s a simple yet addictive snack that pairs perfectly with your pizza or as a light add-on to the meal. Or perhaps go for their Crispy Chicken Nuggets, also served neatly in a basket. Each piece is lightly battered and fried to a golden crisp, offering a satisfying crunch on the outside while remaining tender within. It’s a familiar and comforting side that’s easy to enjoy, whether on its own or alongside your pizza. US Pizza at West Coast Plaza is a casual spot that delivers simple, satisfying comfort food. With a mix of classic and creative pizzas, tasty sides, and value sets like the X Solo Box, it’s a convenient choice for an easy, fuss-free meal with friends or even solo.

Value for money pizza cos got 40% off whole year round. Extra Long Mozza Cheese Stick, Crispy Chicken Nuggets, Crunchy Popcorn Chicken is nice. Fish and Chip pizza and pepperoni double cheese pizza is not bad. Food is served hot and right textures (some parts undercooked dough). Overall, very slow service, if you dine in the shop, prepare to smell from head to toe like the pizzas.. lemonade cooler is less sweet compared to the sunset mango cooler. There’s a blind box deal now
