I found a hair in my food. This is completely unacceptable. Please give me an explanation. The photo clearly shows the hair, so I don’t understand why there is any doubt. I expect a proper explanation and an appropriate resolution, including a full refund or fair compensation.

Say hello to Canadian Pizza’s Butter Chicken Pizza 🍗🧈 — smothered in rich butter chicken gravy, loaded with tender chicken chunks, fresh coriander, onions, mushrooms, red chilli, and ooey-gooey mozzarella! Every bite = pure indulgence 😋 Also snagged Turkey Ham on Wholemeal Thin Crust 🍕💛 — crispy, light, and super filling. Added Garlic Bread 🥖✨ for that perfect side snack. BTW FREE Upsize Pizza every Mon & Tues, 5–9pm! No minimum spend.

Came to their Kim Keat outlet to get their 2 for 1 deal, a Hawaiian Pizza and Margherita Pizza. Short waiting time and freshly baked pizzas made a great tea break snack for 4 pax. Value for money.

Can someone explain to me what the hell was wrong with the pizza?! I’ve never seen any pizza could be such damaged! This is an extremely terrible worst experience , I couldn’t believe it came from Canadian Pizza! You totally ruined my appetite and meal! Grab Food booking ID A-8DLKE3QWWO72AV, order placed at 23:17 on 25 Sep 2025! I need an explanation, apology and compensation for this!
