I had a fish and chips lunch from this joint today @ around 3 pm. The fish was badly overcooked and the teeny weeny fries were so hard. I suspect it must have been left there for a long while. To the Torigo management, if you are going to charge a hefty $8.90, at least be seen trying to justify the price. The food is absolutely rubbish. And, to add insult to injury, when I told that to the young guy manning the joint about the over-cooked fish, he gave me a stone-faced look and said, “huh”. He was the cashier and chef with another one obviously taking a break slumped onto the table next to the stall.

The shorter height staff (double eyelids ) who might be from other country was extremely rude. He was very unpleased when we ordered our food , while he was using his phone. He did not proceed with preparing the food but was doing other stuffs. I tried to ask him again to assure, and he told me off to “WAIT”! The fries are soft and watery . Which also mean that he might not had refried the fries . Quality of the serve food was poor. The owner of this company., hope u guys read this, This staff looks like he is very unhappy about his job and showing his frustration on customer. And this working attitude in the store will not aid your business and company reputation.

Nonchalant staff. Stood at the counter waiting to place my order and the staff right in front of me, who obviously saw me, completely ignore me as if I wasn't there. Fine. After a while, when he decided to look up at me in the eye, I pointed to the promotional poster at the counter and before I could complete my sentence, he simply brushed me off with a "don't have" and went back to busying himself. Horrendous attitude. What's the point of putting the poster up then, if it isn't available? Seemed like a complete gimmick. Also, it was off peak and there was zero customers around. Don't act like you're busy if you simply just wanna turn away customers. Get a real job, I would suggest.
