Unfortunately, my experience this time was extremely disappointing. The staff had a very cold and dismissive attitude, and it felt like they didn’t care at all. When I asked questions, I was basically ignored and received no proper assistance, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I used to really enjoy coming here and have been a regular customer, but this visit completely ruined the experience for me. Customer service is a big part of what makes a place worth returning to, and sadly this time it was terrible. I hope the management takes staff attitude seriously, because I definitely won’t be coming back again.

Hi About a year and a half ago, I moved to this area and quickly grew to love this place. The nasi goreng kampung, Maggi goreng, and morning nasi lemak were all very good. I’ve become a regular customer since then. My absolute favourites are the roti telur and plain prata — nicely fried until crispy, paired with their thick, rich golden gravy and fish curry. It used to be really delicious. Even the sambal was excellent. Whether it was the morning or evening shift, the standard was consistently great. I visit at least once or twice a week, and the staff even recognise me. If I’m not mistaken, about six months ago the taste started to change slightly. Still, I told myself it might improve and return to how it used to be. I didn’t give up. Over the past six months, I kept coming back again and again, hoping it would get better — but each time, I left disappointed. Today, I decided to give it another chance after not visiting for a few months, thinking things might have improved. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The prata was not crispy enough, the gravy was watery, and there was no sambal chili provided. The gentleman at the counter, wearing a thick silver chain, had poor service attitude. There’s really nothing much to say. As a long-time customer, I’m truly disappointed. If the owner happens to read this, please pay closer attention to this outlet. Don’t let your loyal customers continue to feel disappointed like I do. Thank you

Operations are a total mess. Should have known when the guy who took my order looked so blur. Staff are just standing around clueless and it's not even peak hour. Waited close to 30 mins for a takeaway order. Best thing was my prata was just waiting in the window not packed. So at the end at the end of my wait, I got cold prata and teh which went cold.

Had supper on a Monday. Place was well-kept and clean. Staff were courteous and pleasant. We arrived early but had to wait for another family member. Menus were brought to us and one of them even served my mom a glass of hot water. We had pratas with egg n plain. Both were freshly made and exterior was crispy with a soft, layered, chewy interior. 2 types of curry were served. The beehoon (white) with ikan bilis was delicious and not oily. We enjoyed the aromatic teh tarik as well
