Food is alright standard ajisen level, very easy and convenient to order with QR code. The food was served quite fast too long with the drink and side dish. 👍

The food is very tasty. The service is great! What do you think or feel, you ordered Hokkaido Beef Curry and you found many chicken inside? They told you they mixed the beef and chicken together to serve. I ate 90% of it to realise (food was very delicious).

Staff was ok but always hid in the kitchen playing games on their phone, only the malay ones. Chinese staff was working very hard! Missing chicken cutlet sidedish - had to wait for 30 minutes for them to realise. Malay staff told my group impatiently, "wait its coming soon". Food was ok but dont expect all your dishes to come within 30 minutes.

1. Beef curry + kaarage rice, 2 sad pcs of beef & surprise! Chicken slices in the curry. Asked staff about it, was amused to learn that other patrons also shared feedback but “management did not do anything about it. Maybe you can email them” lol what? 🤦🏻‍♀️ 2. Ordered “onsen egg” add on, but the egg had a funny smell. Was still charged for it even though I told the staff the egg cannot be eaten. Is it cos my poor dad ate the other half (he belatedly told me the egg tasted “funny” which was then that I realised, the egg is spoilt) 🤦🏻‍♀️ told 2 staff, one of the staff said, “sorry I’m new, but you can write to the management about it” lol.. about the spoilt egg? 😅 3. Dinner time but no staff to be seen when my family and I went in.. only realised later that cos the poor staff had to manage patrons on both sides - Tokyo shokudo and the bbq one of the biz. Poor ladies.. 4. Unlikely to go again even though this was my first visit. Really felt compelled to write this feedback, not that I want to discourage patronage but more to hope that “management will do something” 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

1st time there. Ordered for dine in but was mistaken as take out, was told waiting time was 15 mins. Void order n repaid as waitress told me there was a difference in price. Sat and waited for my food. Hot tea was wrongly served on another table and waitress asked me to shift to that wrong table. I insisted the tea should be served at my table, in the first place, they served to the wrong table and why should I shift over ? Ordered the chicken thigh ramen. The meat was so TOUGH ! I think it was over fried.... there was a weird taste in the soya sauce. Staff was laughing n chatting in kitchen so loudly that the dining area can hear their conversation ! Service was bad, only 1 staff at dining area becos the rest hide in the kitchen to chat. Terrible, first n the last time there !

So so only. For the price you pay, you can get better quality elsewhere. Ordered chicken katsu set and chicken meat was very thin inside the batter, cabbage was watery, gyoza was okay. Ice lemon tea priced at almost sgd clearly tastes like powdered one, synthetic. I think it just opened so hopefully they can improve qualify

Very very very poor service and attitude even from the supervisor. Requested for more curry sauce for takeaway chicken cutlet and beef curry rice, which cost $19+ and was rejected flatly. The explanation was that only 1 scoop of curry sauce is given per order. Look at the takeaway box which clearly has a lot more space for additional curry sauce. I'm not even asking for extra chicken or beef. Just the curry sauce. More stingy than hawker centre or food court but cost 3x more compared to them. Nothing fantastic. Will not recommend and will not patron anymore. Terrible experience. 0 star.

Ramen tasted like the instant ones that you can easily purchase off the shelves. Eggs were not even marinated, they were normal half boiled eggs. So much to improve on considering this place is halal certified, to allow those with dietary restrictions to experience decent ramen.

The food was halal and was japanese which was unique, the ramen was magnificent and the old staff who welcomed me in this restaurant was very sweet! Very muslim friendly and welcoming staff, 5 stars and im speaking the truth, no sarcasm said in this review.
