First time trying after the name change from Ajisen. Overall the food is ok but not to the urge must go back to enjoy again.

Service is good and prompt. A good place if you like places that are less crowded. There were only three tables of diners during weekday lunch hour. However, the food is unfortunately average. There are many better ramen places out there. The marination of the kaarage chicken was strange and I just couldn't eat it as much as I prefer not to waste food.

The menu is limited and is of quite poor value. Chicken ramen also just taste different from ramen which is a dish that is traditionally cooked with pork. Would recommend other restaurants if you look for ramen.

Uninspiring and no different from the prior Ajisen, of whose parent company also owns this Shokudo brand. Meh really tastes like hawker centre ramen and really shouldn’t have given them a try.

try the promotion menu. volcano fish ramen. is spicy and got many bean sprouts. place not crowded and quiet atmosphere.

I was at bkt panjang outlet earlier for take away. Requested extra super spicy chilli, chilli flake & chilli oilto go with my food. Was charged $3 for the super spicy chilli. When I came back to collect my ramen, they did not give me the extra chilli flake & oil requested. Asked the waitress/cashier, she said extra is already inside. When I check, there wasn’t any extra given. When she realized that I saw through her lies, she took just a little bit more flakes & oil for me and told me that it was supposed to be charged. I told her, it is not about the charges, it is about fulfilling customer’s request. Not fulfilling customer’s request and yet lied about it. Ridiculous. I’ve ordered from tampines mall & west gate outlet multiple times but never encountered such a problem. The other outlets even gave me chilli flakes & oil with no additional charge or remark. The food is commendable, but not the service from the outlet mentioned.

Came here for lunch, was surprised quite quiet. Tendon was ok. Fish, egg, prawns, mushrooms were fried ok. Nori was a bit too hard though and carrot was like too raw. Ramen soup is not tasty. On the whole, nothing wow but nothing meh.
