My best Tim Hortons experience ever today. I had the pleasure of being served by the lovely Ashtria who was friendly and polite, and makes a fantastic sandwich better than perfect. :) We had an opportunity to chat a little, and she did that with me. So it’s not the usually robot like engagement with a robotic order-taker and just wait for my sandwich experience. I will definitely be returning to this branch more often, just because of Ashtria. Thanks for the perfect lunch today!

1st visit: Came here for breakfast. Had sourdough chicken truffle toast and maple cinnamon latte. The sourdough toast is 👌 but serving is too large for breakfast. Good size for dinner. Should serve a half portion for breakfast. Caffe latte sucks though. No cinnamon flavour, super sweet. I dislike, left almost untouched. Not recommended for their drinks. Hmmmm…. Poor experience this morning. 2nd visit: Passed here, I was attracted by the Cinnamon Raisin Bagel & coffee set priced at $5. But after I ordered, I paid $6 instead of $5. The lady at the counter said $5 coffee is served in a paper cup, $6 coffee is served in a clay coffee mug🤣. Haiz…. I just accepted the $6 breakfast set cos I prefer my coffee served in a clay cup. The Cinnamon Raisin Bagel served with Cream Cheese is good. Coffee is standard cafe style coffee brewed with Arabica beans. Not as good as local coffee for me but just for a change today. The experience is not bad, better than my first visit. I like the bagels and the atmosphere. Comfortable seat at a corner. Visit 3: came again for the Cinnamon Raisin Bagel and coffee set. This time I had the $5 breakfast set. Think I’ll pay $6 for the set to have my coffee served in a clay cup. Bagel as usual was lovely. I enjoyed it very much. Visit 4: came by again for the cinnamon raisin bagel and coffee set. Love the bagel. Think this place serves the best cinnamon raisin bagel. Think I will update my star awarded to 5. I love casual seatings here. Visit 5: came here with my nephew this morning. We both enjoyed the breakfast set. Raisin & Cinnamon Bagel with a cup of hot coffee. Cos this is my birthday month, Tim Holtens treated me to Mapal glazed doughnut. This is quite bad, just sweet. Should have given me another bagel instead of doughnut😂😅🤣. Visit 6: New Year’s Eve 2025: Came here for a leisurely breakfast this morning. Enjoy the Raisin & Cinnamon Bagel as usual. $6 breakfast set is really a good price. Visit 7: Came here for breakfast with my ex uni classmate. We shared the $5 & $8 breakfast sets. They are very good and we enjoyed the breakfast.

I am a BIG fan of Tim Hortons ever since I visited its outlets in its home country of Canada more than a decade ago. And ever since it arrived in Singapore, I have been to quite a number of its stores island wide and today (18 January 2026) was my first time visiting this Tim Hortons store at Plaza Singapura. I ordered the following here today: a Montreal Latte Hot, a French Apple Tart, and a Boston Cream Donut. Overall, my drink and choice of desserts were very good - although I suspect that the Donut might have been sourced from Dunkin Donuts BUT I STAND CORRECTED if I have made a mistake here. Service here was very good - the crew were friendly and courteous. The dining ambience here was very very nice - cosy and comfortable.

Lady barista whisked the drinks so seriously that watching her work is magical. The stuff here makes great hot drinks, esp the Montreal latte. Love my Maple sea salt donut, the other dark Belgian chocolate donut did not hit the spot. Perhaps the Maple sea salt was too ideal to begin with. Always a nice place to enjoy our drinks after dinner. Env is clean, cool, not too noisy and has free flow plain water. Only grievance is the wooden fork. Not environmental friendly and takes the taste out of the food. Would be great if there are a few seats with plugs or some type c cable charging.

For a good North American coffee, and better value for your money.. Tim Horton is the one. They have many outlets… this is one of my favorite outlet Becos it’s very quiet, cool, airy, and offers more seatings vs the 313 Sommerset and VivoCity. And VivoCity outlet can be quite warm in some sunny afternoon becos it next to the outdoor via a glass window. I just came here after lunch, else I would have ordered their sourdough cheese sandwich!
