I came yesterday 1st June @ 6pm & one of The staff Rima are very welcoming & fast service .Despite busy , she knows how to handle her customer service well . Rate her 10/10 for being such a nice and welcoming staff . Thank you Rima for making my day better .

Finally it’s here, the coffee is amazing and goes very well with the dozen plus donut combos. Love their Choco frosted and matcha green tea and Bavarian. Cold brew and donut combo at 4.5$ is definitely economic.

I love coffee and yst I was craving for iced coffee. So I wanted to get iced latte from Mac. But Mac was way too crowded, and I thought let's grab it from DD. I bought the large iced latte. I didn't want it too sweet. So I said I'll go with 2 ounces of syrup. I must say, the latte was spot on. Sweetness was just nice. The coffee flavour was not mild or too strong. Just about right. It was an almost perfect latte. I'll give it 9/10.

The manager with red uniform very pushy and keep shouting at customer who still deciding.. dont know if they pick random people to become manager now very unprofessional.. My wife went to buy 6 pcs donut for her mother in law and they charge her $13.50 with drink when we never ask for drink. We want the $12 6pcs withhout any bottled drink but too late when we realised my wife tap her card alrdy. Bloody sian this place i understand Upselling but atleast tell me what im paying for. And their dining area got variety of insects from flies, spider and cockroach

The donut is great and all, but no matter how nice the food is I wont go back if the service staff has a bad attitude. Today when I was purchasing, I was asking this staff how much 6pcs of donuts were, and she just turn a sign at us indicating the price which includes drink at $15. I asked again how much is 6pcs of donuts without drinks she then reply “$12”. Ok fine, so when i was choosing the donuts the whole time she wasn’t even communicating with me at all. I couldnt see if she had alr took the donut I wanted, she just stare blankly at my face. The only time she spoke out loud and clear with a smile is when one of her friend was talking to her. Like it makes me feel so unwelcome here, at least talk loudly or something u mumble to urself how am i suppose to hear u?

I absolutely love this outlet. I have been consistently coming to this outlet and will be doing so for the foreseeable future. The donuts here are absolutely amazing, the variety and the taste are always tasty and juicy and never fail to satisfy my sweet tooth. I can’t forget to mention the customer service. Whenever I come there’s always good service but I have to give a mention to Adi. Whenever she’s serving me she never fails to put on a big smile and serve the donuts to us in a fast, fun and cheerful manner. My mood always gets lifted whenever she is working. Overall, would definitely recommend this outlet to anyone who is a big donut lover such as myself.

Come here sometimes to get my donuts when my husband makes me angry. Lady in red very friendly and has excellent customer service. The staff all are very nice as they give me the big donuts even if the display has some small donuts. Sometimes I try the coffee also.. recommend the iced drinks but wish have almond milk or oat milk or too…. Matcha latte is very nice I see the staff shake the drink to prepare makes me very happy. Always very happy whenever I leave. Must always try the seasonal donuts.. and if you don’t know what to ask then ask the staff all recommendations very good…. Hope can run more promotions too as donuts becoming more expensive… all staff very nice and friendly really makes me feels appreciate as a customer when I come here… am going to try more outlets too…. Thinks the donuts will come every morning and my biggest dream is to eat all the donuts… :) hope I can win many donuts prize

I already ask politely from the staff to clear it so I can nicely sit but no one came . It’s 6 March 2024 my order I already finish to eat. and still is near me so disappointed..
