This TCBTL outlet is by far one of my favourite places to have a nice Western breakfast in air-conditioned comfort - especially with its recurring promotional 2 breakfast sets. I also like the crew at this outlet - they are friendly and helpful. And the ambience here is so very very "chill." UPDATE OF 19 JUNE 2026 I was here today with a friend to have coffee at this, my favourite TCBTL outlet for its ambience, service and food and beverages. We had a Latte and a Cappuccino. Both hot beverages were very good as always at TCBTL. UPDATE OF 15 AUGUST 2026 I was here yesterday evening with my wife and our 2 friends for some beverages and desserts after dinner nearby. I tried yesterday evening for the first time, a Watermelon Mint Lychee beverage. It was very good and very refreshingly moreish.

Drinks are fine. But if you're ordering food here....... erm. I got the mushroom and chicken fusilli and it was quite.. sauceless. We asked if we could have a bit more sauce, and the staff said that it was their "SOP" and they give a certain ml of sauce. Not sure i see any though? I wonder if it's also their SOP where the chicken is rock hard? And it's like garlic pasta. I used to like this pasta here, but i guess not anymore. :(

Good CBTL outlet in a new mall. Not too crowded even during the morning peak and with a large number of seats. Service was good with the batista providing us with recommendations on the dishes available.

Great service from Hilman who was friendly and welcoming. He patiently and enthusiastically explained all the promotion mechanics to my wife and myself, ensuring that we understand and get the best deal from it. The new Lychee Rose and Sakura tumbler set is delightful and well-made, a great gift for ladies. Relaxing environment, soft classics on playlist, comfortable fabric chairs; a recipe for a beautiful afternoon.
