My wife bought a take away drink however she accidentally dropped at the ramen shop . The Malay male manager is very kind & offer me a replacement even I insisted to purchase another set. I am very impressed with the service standard of this male manager & sincerely a Thank you . You had made our day Bright.

Experience was fine, but there were 2 fusilis with a bluish tint within them, I really hope it wasn't mold. I finished the rest of the pasta though, not too shabby I must say.

We dined at Anchorvale outlet 1 Jan 26 and we were appalled by the service from one of the part time manager Asyikin. She did not display any customer oriented behaviour. No greet no smile. Never confirmed our order. I had to reach out far to retrieve my drinks which was not called out when was ready. Beeper not working. Unfriendliest coffee bean staff ever.

Was serve by Raja who is very polite and greeted me upon arrival. He mentioned abt the 40% off promo and when I told him I have the app, he offered to top up for me. But I already had enough in my coffebean wallet. He was well versed abt the current promo and also did suggestive selling to upgrade my drink to large since it's on 40% off. Well done Raja! Need more of you in this industry. I came with my husband on 4/11/2025 at 1533hrs. We had a pleasant time here. Thank you Raja.

Nearly an hour for two cups of drink..Ordered at 11:43am but received drinks t 12:34pm..ordered Yuzu Sencha but given watermelon mint lychee..Which is tasteless!! So service speed is defintely bad, and if you do not have Yuzu Sencha available, please don take the order. No explanation given too. Priority given to online food order, but if you don't have the capacity, please delay your online order to a later time?
