No doubt, the food is always served hot and we really appreciate the hard work that goes into preparing our orders. However, we’ve noticed that items are consistently missing from our orders. My husband and I live nearby, so we order in quite often and sometimes even drop by for takeaway. Unfortunately, almost every time, there seems to be something missing whether it’s a burger, drinks, mashed potatoes, or other items. We’ve noticed this pattern quite consistently, which can be quite frustrating, especially when we only realise after getting hom or when checked on the spot. We hope the team can be a little more careful with checking the orders before handing them over next time. We genuinely appreciate everyone’s hard work and service and we’re sharing this feedback in the hope that it can be improved moving forward. Thank you so much! 🙏🏼

The service is good, the staff is really friendly and could understand and help solve problems the customer has. The place is also clean and the tables and chairs are well maintained.

Very good. UPDATED BELOW!!!. The food waiting time is close to 1 hour for a simple order. The guy at the counter is very rude, you ask him about your order, need ask 3 times, or else he will just ignore you. He is trying to possibly customer off and he literally just standing there doing nothing, and ignoring customer that walks up to the counter. He work in a kitchen without mask on or gloves on. Should he be deserved to be working here? Or should he get fired? Hmmm 🤔🤔 Ordered at 11pm, 12am order still not out?? UPDATED REVIEW ASKED TO DINE IN, GIVE ME TAKE AWAY LOL

First time having Texas and im pleasantly surprised by the quality of food! The chicken tasted really fresh and juicy even for the breast! The menu was refreshing and unique unlike the usual fast food chains ! Shout out to the new Indian manager whom went an extra mile for our special requests! Definitely love good customer service anywhere! Whilst eating kept raving abt how its one of the best or maybe the best fast food fried chicken in SG i’ve had!
