Visited at 11.30pm and queue for 30 mins before it reach my turn. Literally this is the only store that is opened at this hour. It is a one man show operation which explain the long waiting time. Do not waste your time queueing if you are rushing for flight. Food is expensive which is the norm for such place at the airport. $3.90 for a lo mai gai. On top of that try to order set but was told no set at this hour but ala carte is available instead.

The nasi lemak is surprisingly nice! Tried the Rendang Chicken and the chicken is tender and the rice is nice.

Like other reviewers, not actually 24 hrs and if you come after 11, you get a guy who does each order one by one (order, plate the food per order). We wanted kaya toast one last time before leaving Singapore but after waiting 20m to get to the front to order, he just rudely says “kitchen closed for bread, only morning”… I don’t need warm/fuzzy but my issue is you’re not actually 24hrs when the first and foremost, largest, menu items are the items we later learned are only for morning. Bait and switch stall— if you require efficiency, best to avoid. So many other better stalls with far more respectful practices.

Very lousy service and attitude problem. Speak at a tone like as if the customer owes them money. How do you expect customers to know what does the Set consists of and where to get the food when there is no clear indication. I strongly advise the airport management to take a look at this stall as this type of service would smear the world #1 airport reputation.

Last taste of Singapore food before we fly off - kaya butter toast was delicious. Eggs were soft and runny, the teh c was well brewed yet not too siap. However kopi peng was super bland and diluted.

Food court style food with add on vege spring rolls and crackers. Samba given is little. Fry chicken is decent. Price is ok...

Affordable KOPI you can find in T4, I always had a coffee every time I am at T4. Coffee was good, the only thing is that the queue always long and luckily u won’t queue for long as they serve quite fast. They offer food as well such as nasi lemak and bread.

I had a regrettable experience at Kaki Makan Cafe recently. I ordered Set C, which included Peanut butter toast and coffee. However, things quickly turned sour when I politely asked for no sugar in my coffee. The staff member, who appeared to be the oldest and possibly the manager, responded rudely, insisting that Singaporeans never have coffee without sugar. Ironically, I noticed sugar placed right next to him as he made my coffee. The staff's behavior was disappointing and unprofessional. It's disheartening to encounter such an attitude, especially as a customer. Moreover, I couldn't help but feel discriminated against, possibly due to my Malay background, which is unacceptable and upsetting. As someone who travels frequently, I've been to numerous cafes worldwide, and I believe that everyone should be treated with respect, regardless of their ethnicity or background. It's essential for hospitality professionals, especially those working in an airport cafe, to maintain a high standard of customer service. This experience left a lasting negative impression, and I won't be returning to Kaki Makan Cafe. I hope they take this feedback constructively and work towards improving their service and fostering a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all customers.

Horrible service. They realised they charged me 70c LESS as i picked up the drink order. Since this is their mistake, they should just cop the 70c less. They asked if i had cash because they didn’t have any 70c items on the menu so couldn’t charge credit card She was gonna charge 50c for water but obviously they’re too stingy to charge 20c less. So they charged me a dollar then gave me 30c in cash 🙄🙄😵‍💫😵‍💫 they said “things like this just happen”

Pleasant ordering process by this polite young man . And the food served fast as well. But again the eggs spoilt the entire experience here like my previous trips. This place don’t know how to make half boiled eggs. It was served in a paper cup with hot water, which i assume that’s just your heating up purpose. But when I crack open it’s still a raw egg with a bit of cooked egg white. Ehhh I brought it back to the serving counter and they changed. I told the lady please ensure it’s a precooked eggs instead of raw because I don’t want to change many times, it’s a waste of food. It’s just simply Out of my guilt being concern over my previous experiences which I had to change thrice in other to get the editable cooked half boiled eggs. Ehh the lady asked me how many time have I changed and of course I said Thai is the 1st time. Huh why change 1 time is it doesn’t sound bad to them? Are they expecting customers to change as many times as they can which is the norm to them! Sadly people wasting food on this way! Or just simply her attitude?? Which she kept complaining about me to her colleagues that why 1st time changing make such a remark! Gosh speechless! How are we going to survive if people doesn’t tear waste food as a serious matter. I only have a humble hope the management can see my feedback positively and train your staff.

The Nasi lemak chicken is drumstick not the whole leg the same as shown on the menu. One of the lady staff is quite rude and took wrong order and refused to admit her mistake yet shouted at customer. Disappointing experience.

Quick bite before taking my flight from T4. Classic Singaporean food options. I chose the Char siew bun which had a nice chicken filling in a tasty red sauce along with the siew mai which were steamed well. Throw in the red spicy sauce and its the perfect accompaniment. At 6.50 SGD for the two, you can't get anything more value for money in Singapore than this.

Food taste is great, but the lady at the cashier is very rude and there was hair in one of the dishes. As a tourist, it definitely spoils all the great work the other airport services offer. Management need to look into this more seriously.

Not a pleasant experience as the food was not up to standard. When I buy a kaya butter bun, I’m hoping to get some kaya….

I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately had a negative experience with the cashier. Despite being polite and courteous, the lady at the cashier was quite rude. It made the overall experience less enjoyable. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better customer service in the future.

Only one person in front of me, and I just ordered one char siew bun. Waited for 10 mins at the counter because the staff do not know how to use the POS, and discussing with another aunty how to use it. Then waited more than 10 mins at collection counter due to his unfamiliarity with the system while taking another order behind me. After finished order taking, he started the coffee making for the order after me, until I asked for my bun, and he stared at me. Bad experience. Please train your staff.

I was at T4 departure hall and I ordered 4 soft boiled eggs and a cup of coffee at the International Food Hall. There was just 2 customers at that point in time including me. Instead of serving to both our orders, the staff was heavily engaged in conversations of their own private matters. We were made to stand there to wait for our orders! I voiced out my concern and opinion on how the staff would have been more productive if they have served us our orders first instead of just standing rooted chit chatting away. However, to my great surprise and astonishment, the staff scolded me “you are crazy!” As the world’s number airport, this form of attitude is absolutely unacceptable! My intention was simple: I ordered and paid for my food, please just give me my food. am not bothered or concerned what this staff does in the company but please NOT at my expense!

Rather bad experience. At 8am was told their steam bread set was "sold out" when it was advertised bluntly on their poster. When requested to cancel the order was given a rude snub by the male cashier. Asked for Kopi Siew Dai and was rudely given a cup of coffee without saucer nor spoon... Drank 3/4 and realized sugar was all below... First time having a Kopi with sugar in SG, locals know what I mean. Guess transit F&B isn't interested in quality nor service since repeat biz is rare, really spoilt the image of SG at last tourist stop.
