The hygiene here is extremely poor easily one of the worst I’ve experienced. Service is equally disappointing. Staff are unprofessional, slow, and seem more interested in chatting than doing their jobs. The cashier, in particular, has a very rude attitude toward both customers and delivery riders. I’ve personally witnessed him behaving provocatively and even trying to start conflicts with riders on multiple occasions. To make matters worse, I waited over an hour for a simple takeaway order, which is completely unacceptable. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

Check out their Turkey Bacon Pasta & Fish n Chips they’re so delicious. Their fried chickens are of course tip top as usual. Level of deliciousness is always consistent. The staffs are friendly & chefs are very good. Waiting time is fast. Will try their other pasta dishes in the menu next. It’s difficult because i’m addicted to the turkey bacon one, I have ordered more than 3x i think! Don’t miss out on this Tenderbest outlet!

Very unhygiene. Although perfectly nothibg wrong to prefry batches of chicken, but leaving so many across the entire kitchen shelves, uncovered next to a wall and facing a smokers corner and mainroad ia very unclean. And i doubt theres much business, this prefry batches will probably take days before stock can be cleared. Eat at your own risk.

Wrong order. Ordered via Panda the Nasi lemak chicken cutlet but got the wings instead. I think should change name from Mak Spicy to Mak Bodoh. They received numerous 1 star rating but still provide horrible service. Should ban them from food delivery platforms.
