Today only my children went to tenderbest at Hougang green at abt 4 plus to 5pm to have their meals.. My son is only 10 years old, he couldn't eat the food finish so he ask then staff to help him to pack but the staff just turn him off and ask him to pack himself. My question is wen try to pack if he spil wont they scold my son??? This is 1 and only place where staff gave such treatment.. Tenderbest should give a proper training to the staffs

Don’t expect any kind of service here, all the staffs here will take their time to prepare food. Knowing this, I asked them roughly how long will it takes to prepare my food, they told me 5-10mins, in the end it took 20mins waiting. Staff also never pack my takeaway properly, and it spilled off. Lastly food is okay okay. Sauce is a bit sour but doesn’t look like what the picture advertised

Ordered the chicken and mushroom pesto and it was cream based, I was expecting the normal pesto. The wait was long though.

Tall young staff was extremely rude. Don’t reply when spoken to. Just act like he couldn’t hear and gave a sarcastic stare. Food was badly prepared. Uncooked fried chicken with BLOOD still visible. Dear public, dine at your own risk !!
