Dont bother ordering from this store. Had to wait 40mins for a thai style chicken friend rice. Staff don’t even bother to tell customers that there is a waiting time that long. I think its basic courtesy to do so.

My experience was disappointing. The staff were slow and noticeably lacking in basic manners, which created an unwelcoming atmosphere. The food was also below standard and did not justify the visit. Overall, both service and quality were far from acceptable.

I had dinner at your restaurant on 3rd August and experienced an issue with my order of seafood hor fun. I waited for about 15 minutes before noticing a dish sitting on the counter. I asked a staff member if it was mine, but she said it wasn’t. However, five minutes later, I was called and told that it actually was my order. I was quite disappointed, especially because the staff initially told me it wasn’t mine. She later explained that nobody had informed her, which suggests a lack of communication among the staff. I hope you can look into improving internal communication to avoid similar situations in the future. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Sambal Fried Rice was really tasty but I found this silver thing on my food which looks like a piece of the stainless steel scrubber. .. Please be more careful next time..

Waited more than 40mins for this chicken cutlet hor fun. Understand that it's during dinner time & that takeaway orders will be heavy during that time. But the very least the worker could do is tell the customers that waiting will be long as they have many orders to handle. If he/she had done that, @ least the customer won't feel so frustrated for waiting so long. But like many typical KPT /Foodcourt workers these days (who're juz going thru the motion), he/she didn't do that. Taste was forgettable & nothing special.
