I’m a regular patron here, because the food tastes like home. Generally, all the food is really good and authentic! But for some recommendations: nasi padang with beef rendang, mie ayam bakso, and ayam geprek sambal hijau (more savoury than spicy). It helps that the staff here can speak Bahasa too, so this place is a treat for those who want to feel a semblance of home.

I came across this stall while wandering around Paya Lebar Square after getting a haircut. I arrived before 7.30pm, and by then, most of the stalls were already closed. With limited options left after a quick look around, I decided to order the Ayam Gepuk Set, which came with a bottle of Teh Pucuk Harum. Instead of the usual $12.80, the set was going at a promotional price of $9.90. I waited slightly over five minutes for the food to be prepared. The set consisted of fried smashed boneless chicken, crispy fried cabbage, fried bean curd, and rice. Unfortunately, the chicken was disappointing - it was dry, tough, and lacking in flavour. The sambal accompanying the rice was spicier than expected, though it did help stimulate the appetite. Among all the components, the fried cabbage stood out the most, with its crisp texture and balance of sweet and savoury flavours. Even at the promotional price, the meal still felt somewhat expensive for the overall quality. Given this rather underwhelming first experience, a return visit is unlikely in the foreseeable future.

As Indonesian, I would recommend this place to enjoy the whole foods, even the restaurant decorated as similar with Indonesian warung, just feel like home 😀. So many variety food, my best is Nasi Iga Bakar.

The atmosphere here , feels like at Jakarta food court . But unfortunately the food , not as nice as I imagine , Too sweet n too watery not thick enough for Gado Gado . I think the Gado Gado I ever try same taste as Jakarta is Pondok Cerri at Johor tebrau , the taste is 99% similar.

Pleasant discovery of almost all Indonesian food here. But quite a letdown. Had the bakmi ayam pangsit, gado gado and es teler and milk tea. Taste wise is acceptable but a bit salty. Price is quite expensive. I need extra top up for the gado gado which doesn't have tempe (extra $1.50 per piece) and extra gravy ($2) The 'basic' gado gado is $7.50, so plus add on -$11! Slap forehead!
